Thank you for giving NM a publicity here as I'm very tired of doing all the fun.
Where have you been FBF? Two months to go for the biggest release since GE.
TWINE, DAD and Mamma Mia grossed higher than GE in terms worldwide numbers since we're talking about his overall career.
This will be his Casino Royale.
I hope NM will become the BB of his career.

I think that's definitely an issue. I used to go to the cinema almost weekly, but now it's a rare treat.

I can get a discount on a popcorn refill but the drinks are insanely priced. Actually everything is. I used to get different kinds of snacks but it cost too much now.
It was almost $50 for two people including snacks for a matinee showing. Add another 5 - 8 for a evening show.

If I'm by myself sometime I don't bother with snacks, with a group we split who buy the popcorn bucket and it's (BYOB) buy your own beverage.

Aside from ticket prices is concessions killing the BO? and by extension the movie industry keeping people from trying new movies?

I don't like to drink anything before and during a visit to the cinema as I don't want to go to the toilet during the film!

Bathroom trips for those epic movie LOTR length movies are unavoidable if you're hydrated. Maybe a long distance truckers could pull it off

We usually prefer buying the dvd so all of us can see it in the comfort of our home with plenty of popcorn our favorite drinks and most importantly a pause button.

I do have to admit the theaters have gotten better when I was growing up there were so many times I'd be disappointed by the film having lines or other imperfections marring the image not to forget the sound problems. I went to the first thx theater in our area a big deal because it was a huge improvement in a few years they were as bad as the rest of the theaters. Guess the speakers blew. But the last few years eveyr theater we have gone to the sound is always good and the films looks great so they deserve credit for getting it right after nearly 100 years as a major industry. Maybe some day Jame Bond will return as they promised in 2002 and I can take my kids to experience it on the big screen :D

Ha ha, Dr. No beat me to it..LOTR is SO the reason that I try not to get a HUGE drink when I go to the movies!

The high-end movie theaters are starting to become the norm now..they're completely remodeling the mall near my house and one of the improvements they're making is a movie theater which I'm glad for..there is a movie theater across the street(which will probably be knocked down sooner rather than later) which is where I saw Star Wars..so it's been there for a *long* time.
I have no time for No Time To Die

It's still a treat to watch a movie on the big screen, even though many people have 80 inch tvs in their houses these days.

The 4th of July is sad day; we British want those colonies back.

What, miscasting of the lead and poorly handled dialogue?

Non-reboot CR is more like it minus P&W (one of DCINB's most wanted criminals).

We might be able to make a deal. I will grant the Queen sovereignty over our half acre property in exchanged we never want to pay taxes again. And more importantly we want a 80 inch or larger TV!

Happy Holidays for those who celebrate the 4th!! For our friends in the commonwealths....ummm.. Nice day we're havin?

I don't think they are the problem since they wrote CR for Brosnan for some reason they are hated on a lot if Bond forums.

I don't think they have done anything great but I don't think they gave done any thing as bad to deserve all the hate

Yeah, I think Paul Haggis was more to blame than P&W.

Wasn't it Haggis whom put all the sickening armour dialogue into CR? Compared to that, "Yo mama" doesn't sound so bad. I don't ever want to hear the former nor the latter in a Bond film again.

Me and one of my twitter friends are both reading American Gods by Neil Gaiman(popping my Gaiman cherry BTW-the first book of his I've read) and we're both at roughly the same part of the book. It's a lot of fun.

I recently got this book on the Kindle.
Neil also wrote one of my favorite Doctor Whos of the new series. "The Doctor's Wife"

If I can get into the type of story it is I might get through it over the weekend.
The tile is reminiscent of Percy Jackson, the person who recommended it couldn't say enough about it.

A few things caught my attention, First is now Pierce is dropping the f bomb in his interviews. Second was I hadn't realized it was only a year since his daughter passed. Last was he might actually be in the The Expendables if they make another.

Brosnan dropped a load of f-bombs (a cluster f-bomb of f-bombs) when he was let go. He easilly dropped as much as Craig does.

I'm not surprised. They way it's been Craig does it when asked about the weather. IMO its how actors try to prove how legit they are.
