Which Bond films do you hate? I know for a fact it is not CR or QoS, because you have said you think those movies are ok - even on here.
And there is nothing wrong with hating certain Bond movies. I hate all of Brozza's - with a passion!

Thanks BJ.

By the looks of the vid, it seems as though the audience are having a ball. They were loving it - applauding and laughing every two seconds.
(...don't tell me, the audience was filled with Bond nerds, right?)

The audiences from what I personally saw and am reading about on the internet have NO interest in Wolverine movies or Bond movies and are mostly middle aged women hoping to see these guys after the show when they leave the theatre. The question is how much cash will these desperate types keep forking over to see Craig looking like that? Jackman at least looks decent. Broccoli's target audience here are middle aged women with a Chippendale mentality.

I understand you hate all of Craig's Bond films, the same way I hate all of Brozza's. No issues there whasoever from me.

However, I don't spend hours and hours scouring the internet, obsessing, hunting for any signs of Brozza failing outside of Bond. Hoping and preying anything Brozza does fails. I wouldn't wish bad things happen to anyone (except evil doers, killers, rapists, etc.) Why wish such bad things for a human being, just because you don't think he is a good actor?

Careful BJ. What goes around comes around. Bad Karma and all that.....

Brozza was a divisive Bond for a lot of fans.. Post-Craig, *any* actor who plays Bond is going to be divisive.

I never wish bad things to happen to ANYONE Swee-knee. You should know that. Not expecting Craig to perform well in acting is like you rooting against a rival football or rugby team. It has NOTHING to do with bad will, just a refusal to support bad talent in Hollywood. I wish health for all good people, EVEN Craig! I just cannot stand false praise and hype with Hollywood BS backing him as the best dressed, best this, best that, etc.

The only reason I saw AVTAK at the time was the the theme. I barely tolerate it now. Tanya Roberts' screaming is a low point for me

I saw Tanya at a Chiller Theatre convention in person in New Jersey 4 years ago, sitting between a deranged looking Margot Kidder, and Linda Blair, who turned her back to the crowd while she sat there wolfing down a sandwich. My friend spent $30.00 for a picture with Tanya. Her performance rated that with Denise Richards, trying to 'smartin' up an attractive looking blond Bond 'babe'. Sorry Eon, it did not work.

She was looking almost as haggard as Sir Rog -I think she had a lot of work done before she was on That 70's show though.

You know how people always say "I'd rather (fill in thing here) than (fill in other thing)"? Well, I would rather have a root canal-without novocaine!- rather than watch a minute of AVTAK

Okay this is where the world wide web goes into turmoil. Government agencies try and track what happened, only to find that, BJMDDS, Katied, The Sweeney and Captain Nash all agree on something.
For whilst I don't hate it, I do agree on the points that have been made. The screeching 'Jaaaaaaaaaaames' and trying to make Tanya Roberts smart. No offense, but hey come on.
I'm almost afraid to hit submit.
John Lennon got it wrong, all you need is love, and an agreement about AVTAK.

I think we ascertained last year that The Sweeney hates the Bond movies: he just likes a two minute scene from Dr No and the whole of Casino Royale.

I think AVTAK is at the bottom of a LOT of fans' lists. It hasn't aged well at all(to be fair, it was made 24 years ago!) Tanya Robers' screaming, and Sir Rog's advanced age are both marks against it.

I can understand why some dislike A View To A Kill. But in the Stromberg household it is a cult favourite. Personally I loved the pre-credit sequence, Tanya, the quiche, John Steed, Chris Walken's loony performance, the quiche. I loved Sir Roger too. Then again, I'd probably have enjoyed QOS with an 80 year old Roger in it.
Bring back Bond!
