All right. I considered it odd if you liked it that you cheer the soft sales and trash talk it.

I admit I haven't bought one myself. Don't think this one is worth the bother.
One of the most regrettable and forgettable of the 22 set.
Indeed. It's a interesting comment that movies like Twilight and Bolt sell better than QOS and they're putting out a third QOS DVD? "Highway robbery" indeed.

EDITED FOR CLARITY: 1) The no frills QOS DVD, 2)Special Edition DVD with the(HA!) bonus features  and now, apparently a third with an ending that was shot but not used.

I know they're going to release a second dvd for QOS, but I've seen nothing about a third QOS dvd.
Can anyone show me something factual about it please?

Let Adam Lambert of American Idol sing the next theme with Tarantino directing the pile, as was shown on AI tonight. What a team that would be with Eon.

Yet, Susan Boyle is a talent beyond belief from Britain's Got Talent and not even Celine Dion could top her, nor could Winer, Duffy, Adele, etc.

Only tangentially Bond related, but I saw State Of Play today, and it was really good. One of the actors in it, David Harbour was in QOS(he played Gregg Beam).I didn't even realize it was him until the end credits-he had a completely different look in State Of Play than he did in QOS(where he could have passed for Philip Seymour Hoffman's brother :P )

State Of Play comes highly reccomended by me, BTW.It's a spy-ish thriller that's way better than recent Bonds  Maybe Babs and Mikey should be paying attention..or not.Lord knows they are ripoff artists so there would be elements of SOP in You Only Bourne Twice :?

It seems ripping off other ideas is the code word for Broccoli/Wilson now. To call Haggis' script an "original" Bond treatment exposed his lack of ingenuity in this franchise. These artsy writers/directors have NO business in this franchise. Campbell may yet be summoned by her royal majesty Broccoli to attempt to re-re-boot Craig as some kind of interesting actor as Bond. It will be futile. The Bourne Mimicry was bad enough. You Only Bourne Twice will end Craig's Bond career once and for all. IF Craig does the 23rd film, it will not be until 2012 that the new Bond will be named and 2013 that we actually see him. Another 3-4 years of this nonsense?

I don't think I can put up with some of you for another 3-4 years.
But I'll try and stick it out. Craig will be Bond in the 23rd film. It could be that it's not released untill 2011 - 2012. Nothing has been confirmed as yet. Theres certainly NO talk of replacing him.
So don't get excited by ideas only in your mind.

Judging by their lack of originality(I mean come on?remaking Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and a movie of some book nobody cares about?) Bond 23 will be more of the same

I'm afraid Craig will cling to the role for years. Such a shame.
'She looked sharply up at him. 'And who might you be?'

'My name's Bond, James Bond'.

Pretty much, since the non-Bond movies he's been in have been flops.

At least you will be happy, as you don't want him to be replaced as Bond.

What type of movie will we get if Craig returns as Bond? I think Eon will return to their Brosnan template.

Eh,I'm just realistic. I don't think Babs is going to fire someone she worked so effortlessly to hire as Bond

Why?
They did with Brosnan. Although Cubby was still around to add his opinion, it was Barbara Broccoli and Michael Wilson that made the choice of hiring Brosnan, and are the ones that pushed for him to get the role.
Never say never. One day this sites time will come. When that'll be no-one knows.

I thought 2005 provided the first chance for Barbara Broccoli to choose a Bond. Pierce Brosnan was Cubby Broccoli's choice. Barbara Broccoli would have chosen Sean Bean for Goldeneye.

Really? That makes the fact she chose Daniel Craig even more bizarre .
