One of the final Jeopardy categories was recent Oscar winners.

If you're really going to give Babs a chance again, you might as well add DC Bonds in your collection. Either Babs goes or it's FREAKS & WEIRDOS taking as Bond. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!bjmdds wrote:It has to be FBF. He is the only choice that fits perfectly into the role.FormerBondFan wrote:Broccoli to make her speech regard this? Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Broccoli MIGHT want to go once Cr-egg leaves
I don't think her heart nor loins will be as enthused with a new Bond actor, and MGW has been mummified in importance, so it could be possible she sells out to a bidder.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
You can't ask that! Even if she didn't have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, it would be wrong to expect her to post spoilers like that.bjmdds wrote:Who won Jeopardy the day you went? You saw 5 shows?

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
The results for the Bachelor and Survivor tv shows are already on the internet months before before they are even shown. I doubt anyone in any audience of any tv show signs anything, be it Wheel Of Fortune or Jeopardy etc. My friend's wife and daughter went on the ABC show The Chew and they told me what went on and who the guests were during the taping.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
I'll take your word for it, but I don't think I would post spoilers if I was in the audience for a show like that. I'm not really a game show fan, but isn't the suspense of wondering who is going to win part of the fun?

Knowing the winners ahead of time is the REAL fun
The Bachelor finale is in 2 weeks. The winner of the taped show, shown over 11 weeks on tv, was revealed on the internet 3 months ago
Survivor also has several sites with the winner narrowed down pretty accurately. Are you familiar with ABC's The Bachelor here? Do you want to know the lady who is the final one picked in 11 days?

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Part two of "When We Rise" , a LGBTQ mini-series, drew markedly fewer viewers than the little-watched premiere. Part one of ABC’s “When We Rise” was a live+same-day ratings flop. Part two delivered even weaker numbers. According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s installment averaged a mere 0.6 adults 18-49 rating and 2.05 million total viewers from 9-11PM ET. The numbers trail the 0.7 rating and 2.95 million viewer mark garnered by part one. Like the first part, Wednesday’s installment lost viewers from hour one to hour two. It drew a 0.7 rating and 2.30 million from 9-10PM but only a 0.5 and 1.79 million from 10-11PM..............Hollywood just does not learn. People are NOT interested in these storylines but they continue to keep churning out flops left and right. The new Beauty And The Beast film will try this as well and alienate more paying customers who are not liberal Hollywood minions. There is a cultural war going on now and it won't get any better until producers run out of money to throw away on poorly rated tv networks, radio networks, and movies. Broccoli is a part of this war as well and she is just orgasmic over the thought of making Bond a bi-sexual, 'no doubt about it', in my mind.

In an interview on "The View," actor Patrick Stewart
said he is applying to become a U.S. citizen in order to help fight back against President Trump. While recounting a recent visit to Washington D.C., Stewart said he had "the worst night's sleep for years and years and years," joking that President Trump might have been to blame..........Hollywood is exposing itself day by day yet I guarantee you these people are loving the capital gains they are getting with their stock market investments in the Trump rally
It's all out cultural war here and the lines have been drawn

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Bondsuits.com: There are no character reasons that would demand Bond wear a ill-fitted suits, but there are reasons that can justify ill-fitting or undersized suits for Daniel Craig’s Bond in Skyfall and Spectre. The James Bond character that Daniel Craig plays is not the refined character than the five actors of the Bond series played before. Craig’s Bond is far from being the world’s most elegant man. He is not so put-together. He may still have the same expensive tastes, but he doesn’t have the same appreciation of them. On one hand like the other Bonds, Craig’s Bond enjoys wearing suits. Though in the beginning of Casino Royale he wears a suit with ‘disdain’, he has the full appreciation of the garment by the end of the film when he stands proud in his three-piece suit. He continues to wear suits proudly, especially in Spectre. Even so, he’s usually angry at the world and could not care less about the way his suits fit. He’s preoccupied with the deaths of people close to him, and he doesn’t care to organize his flat or shave daily. He’s rather a mess of a person emotionally. Even when he appears to be in a better emotional state, his poor-fitting suits show that he is still hurting inside and not someone without faults. Poorly fitted clothes may not follow the history of James Bond, but they work for the way Daniel Craig’s Bond is. The too-tight fit of Craig’s suits also follows the same reasoning as his cropped hair style: it makes him look more menacing. Bond’s suit looks like it is bursting at the seams, which is a reflection of Craig’s Bond’s suppressed anger that makes him a dangerous person. Unlike the Bonds from before, Craig’s Bond is not a rough man inside the facade of a gentleman. He’s rough on both the inside and the outside, and aesthetics don’t mean very much to him. The poorly fitted suits also show that rules don’t apply to Craig’s Bond. He doesn’t play by the rules, and that includes the rules of how a suit should fit. Although this blog’s mission is to demonstrate how to dress well using James Bond as an example for how a man should dress, James Bond does not exist solely to be that perfect example. In the cases of Skyfall and Spectre, the purpose of James Bond’s clothing is to present the world in 2012 and 2015, respectively, and to portray a slightly different character than the Bond characters that were previously established in Ian Fleming’s novels or presented in the film series.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
I read that blog too BJ. It's funny when it first started the author spoke about Craig's "sausage skins" with distaste, now he's defending them. I guess he become too big and EON got to him too. The reasons for the suits could be all that he says, or more likely EON hired a crap costume designer who decided to follow the extreme fashions of the day at the character's expense.
In reality this blog post is so full of contradictions it'll make your head spin, for example:
"Though in the beginning of Casino Royale he wears a suit with ‘disdain’, he has the full appreciation of the garment by the end of the film"
Least we forget CR is the first of the Craig films, he has gained appreciation for fine clothes yet 2 films later he's lost it?
"He continues to wear suits proudly, especially in Spectre. Even so, he’s usually angry at the world and could not care less about the way his suits fit."
I'm sorry I guess your definition of "proud" differs from mine, if I'm proud of something I don't "care less" about how it's presented.
"He doesn’t play by the rules, and that includes the rules of how a suit should fit."
Then why bother with an expensive high end suit? And what tailor worth his salt is going to let a man walk out of his shop looking like he's wearing a boy's size 6?
I'll skip over all the emotional rubbish as I've become quite tired of it and get right to the crux of the matter, which is where the author sums up all that's wrong with Craig in one sentence:
"Craig’s Bond is not a rough man inside the facade of a gentleman."
I've been saying this for years and that phrase "rough man inside the facade of a gentleman" is the very definition of BOND, it's what defines the character, take away the "gentleman" and all your left with is John McLain or any other "loose cannon", "renegade cop" type character, except this one wears an ill fitting tuxedo.

I couldn't read the drivel . Craig does not look good in any of the suits he wears . Dalton and brosnan made me think maybe I should buy a suit, hell kingsman made me think it too. Craig looks like his shrank in the wash
