Broccoli probably ordered him not to curse once and talk as little as possible throughout the entire press conference.

Personally, I'm going to wait and see what the movie is like before I judge. Jesse Eisenberg playing Lex Luthor is the one I'm more concerned about.

So I just saw the official announcement about the new movie being called SPECTRE?? Excuse me but
Are we at THIS desperate a level? SO lacking fantasy and ideas that we use Spectre as the title? And let's not even get into the fight over rights.
LMAO!

Wow, either the producers are taking ideas from the fans, or they're becoming extremely predictable.

I would say a little bit of both. This is baffling, honestly.

WAAAAAIIIT I had missed the gem! Monica Bellucci is one of the two Bond girls?!? Could they possibly have chosen a more INSIPIDLY BAD at acting Italian? And mind you, she is gorgeous and I am Italian so it's not like I think she is bad representation in terms of looks, but in terms of talent and brains?!? OMG. She is a bimbo!! PLEASE! I guess I should bear in mind at least she has got the looks of a Bond girl.
I'm just  at how the Craigster will look next to her. She is "a lot of woman" as we say in Italian and he is scrawny and short. Lord. She would have been great with Pierce Brosnan or Timothy Dalton, but this plumber with a hint of gay (always the best definition for him and his Bond that I've read)? NO.

Spectre is a dull tiltle. I thought Bond films had a strange title/phrase like the ones Ian Fleming used for his novels. Is Bond 25 going to be called James Bond?

It is bland, not a bad title over all. But bland. :? I guess the one word title works for them last time

Evenin' all. Long time since I've been here. Hope everyone is well.

Nice to have some Bond news to chat about again. I think the title is ok, at least it is from something referenced from Fleming.

I heard rumours this is going to be shot back-to-back with Bond 25, so maybe we'll get Blofeld for 2 films, in a similar arc to the novels? I really hope we get YOLT finale with Dr. Shatterhand, but I'm not holding my breath.....

As for Craig, his hair is still too short for Bond, but it's better than the abysmal skinhead he wore in SF.

Shhh...don't give them ideas. Of course, if it is, the Internet will be falling all over itself to praise the bold minimalism of this imaginative new title.

Better name than sky fall. I like it better the episode 7s title.

In a way it lacks the sense of occasion a title like living day lights or. You only live twice, but goldfinger, goldeneye and sky fall one word names did well for the series.

What they could do to help me like the story more is finally be done with all the emo s**t and mommy issues. Get a mission, complete the mission. Even if it Craig it will be an improvement over cr to sf

I wonder if the Sony hackers will release sp (spectre) movie or script early.

Let me tell you this Sony system is so throughly f'ed they will be an open book to whoever knows where to look for years.
The only way to resecure their system is to start fresh scrapping the old completely. Not practical so they will be an easy target for a long long time. Probable should have paid up but these guys still screw them over and their system would still be compromised.

What would be cool is if some internal bond documents were released.

I don't get why they didn't use one the book titles they have left. Sure, 'Spectre' has the Flemming touch but they could have used something a bit more jazzy.

Does this mean the reboot is now pointless? I thought they wanted to move away from Bond's history?

But ale you misunderstand...this is a masterpiece, next we will have the revenge of blofelt, the man with the indestructible bowler hat, never never never say never again again.

In other news about this reveal...it sounds about as exciting as watching politics.,,horray for the now politically boring correct bond who loves men (nothing against gay people but this is bond), along with everything else, all the poster needs is a coffin because that's the real place this franchise should be right now (don't get Me started on spyfall).

What happened to getting excited for a bond movie, I'd rather listen to, I'm more excited to wipe My ass these days then bond, will blofelt hit on bond next, will the cat be killed because gritty is gritty and it's art, will q be even less of a gadget master and more like the guy from the i.t crowd, will the bond girls be nothing more than cannon fodder as bond pines for his real love.

I'm still staying here this time but I just don't have the energy to get angry anymore (not like I used to), more insulting is craig saying austin powers killed bond, no he didn't you guys with this bourne reboot did (I don't give a monkeys how much shitefall made, hungergames and twilight make that as well and that doesn't make them good), guess I'll take marvels agents of s.h.i.e.l.d. anyday today over james bored today to get My fix.

On another topic thanks guys wasn't sure what the symbol meant ( I think it meant unread but last few weeks have been difficult and don't know who to trust much these days).

Hopefully in a few more months I should be starting that job (fingers crossed) as an animation assistant with those guys for that cartoon series and feature film, I really need to improve My artwork.

Snoozer alert :!: What a boring exhibition to explain "nothing," where "silence" is golden, at a short Eon press conference. The car is more appealing than this entire cast of chosen actors.

I said from day one of the rebooted timeline that they would come full circle and restart the 7th 007 with Dr. No, and it looks like that could be the case. Originality? Quantum will be described now as the offshoot of SPECTRE and look for a future female arch villain proctologist named "GoldfingerED" to be cast into a role as well. Eon is pathetic now. Not only have they proved us correct by wanting the traditional Bond back, but they are doing it with rebooting characters already killed off in the real Bond films :!:
