You know, there was something 2005 to 2006 about how Worthington was actually signed and going through SAS training to get him ready when he was dropped cause they hired craig. Now I can't find that snippet to save my life and I've asked others here but nobody has been able to help me. Maybe you know of it somewhere. But I know it was Worthington because they were talking about how big that disappointment was but how good it could be for him since he got Avatar as a consolation, which had just happened and preproduction was beginning to ramp up and how getting Avatar and that role may be better and bigger for him in the long run. BUt as i say, I can't find that story again for anything.

Being in Avatar doesn't necessarily mean that Worthington is "too big for Bond". Lots of actors have starred in blockbusters without turning into megastars. Star Wars famously didn't produce any stars except Harrison Ford, and even Leonardo di Caprio and Kate Winslet mostly did smaller films after Titanic (though this was through choice).
