In that picture I think Cullen resembles that the James Bond from Agent Under Fire based on Andrew Bicknell.

I just noticed that Downtown Abby is on my local PBS station tonight Ima DVR it to see how Cullens character is on that show.

his character wasn't in the episode much but he was in bed talking with the main character reminiscent of many Bond scenes and the classic suits he wore showed he has the look for Bond.

I agree with that. He's like Connery/Lazenby in that sense hes a young man but hes mature. There was scence where he's leaving a hotel in a striped suit and he looks almost identical to Aidan Turner in his striped suit from and then there were none these two are eerily similiar.

Yeah agreed. Looking at the two its believable they could be cousins if not brothers.

I don't think they would broadcast to the world how many actors were screen tested. Though I could be wrong. Some companies actually make it a point of pride. For example, the producers of the Harry Potter films talk about auditioning hundreds of children for the roles of Harry, Ron and Hermione before settling on Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson.
