Les Miserables movie trailer was just shown on ABC tv and it is not out for 3 months. It looks GREAT and will be a sleeper hit with Oscar potential I would suspect: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/09/2 ... 00640.html FBF, this will assist the Hobbit in ending Bond 23's run Christmas time. Bond is out in 6 weeks and nothing here on tv in the USA. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... wgQjfg0hZw#!

Dredd is in the same boat Serenity was in quality movie that's not going to be given a chance,
It all has to do with the godawful stalone film giving the series a horrible taint, everyone thinks it's gonna be more of that instead of what it is and the trailer was misleading for a lot (that's what I got off imdb), sad thing is it's probably a great film but stallones law stuff ruined it and that's all people think of when they see judge dredd now so it doesn't stand a chance sadly , if batman and robin had been the first batman film then batman begins would've met the same reception (luckily it wasn't the first film).

I also think the distributors overestimated the extent to which the tremendous buzz that the film generated at the San Diego Comicon would translate into bums on seats at the cinema. Well, my bum is off to a cinema seat to see it in a little bit. One of the joys of being self-employed is that you can take advantage of bargain matinee screenings if you want to.

FBF, get ready to board the Hogwarts Express one more time :!: http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/49177003/ ... GMo_I5WI20 So let it be written...................so let it be done..............what character would you like to see written and expanded on? A female witch this time, ala The Hunger Games, who was Harry's unknown cousin perhaps, or a niece of Snape? "Instead, she would craft a “sidestep’’ story, rather than a sequel or prequel. "

I think the BO is sick this year in the US for sure its the big monster films raking in all the cash, the rest seem to struggle.

BJ...change your avatar to a non-Bond, and you know why I haven't had a Bond avatar since 2008. The world of Bond is all madness, and there's no point of cheering up for Bond anymore. Bond is a zombie now. EON is preparing an endgame. And there's a Bane picture and use that since Schumacher's Bane disgusted you very bad.

So I have started my Bond marathon yesterday after I picked up my copy of Bond 50 on blu-ray. I have watched both Dr. No and FRWL as well as the bonus disc. I have yet to watched any of the new movies that were missing from blu-ray before. But I must say on the bonus disc aside from the Skyfall promo stuff the disc wasn't as heavy with Craig propaganda as one might think. I had to laugh when I watched the feature on Bond gadgets, when it came to Craig's turn all they could show was his cell phone and the micro chip implant in his arm. I was hoping they'd show his defibrillator

But so far I like the box set and am extremely happy to have my complete Bond blu-ray set. :007: even if CR and QOS is included. The box set also has a reserved spot for skyfall.
Rest in Peace

I can't believe you bought Bond 50. That product is part of the enemy. If you want to buy something, buy the complete The Dark Knight trilogy pack.

I'm thinking tearing out those pages and microwaving Craig's "entries". What a crappy case decent looks but has no information on the content of each disc. Hard to get each disc out to boot although the free poster book is curious.

Good news is these are still the 2006 ultimate collection menus so no montage of Danny in the intros. bad new is they probably didn't fix a damned thing -Thunderball is the exact same disc as before -content -everything- including all the problems with the picture.

f**k.

Maybe they'll get it right for the 4k release.

Doubtful.

I hate to be the one to tell you this buying any Bond related product is supporting the enemy. It's also supporting Bond. The numbers classic James Bond 007 will do is important -nobody is buying this set for CR & Quark.

I'm not buying any Bond-related products this year. If you want to buy something, buy anything from Chris Nolan's Bat. In fact, buy anything that isn't Bond.
