Cold Light Of Day
Starring: Henry Cavill, Bruce Willis, Sigourney Weaver
Director: Mabrouk El Mechri
Out: 6th April 2012
An American broker (Cavill), whose family are kidnapped while on vacation in Spain, uncovers a conspiracy while trying to save them. Henry Cavill’s star is on the rise after Immortals performed pretty well and Superman on the way. This appears to be a standard American-in-trouble-abroad action-thriller with a touch of Bourne spy-games mixed in. It comes from the respected director of JCVD, who made a serious actor of Van Damme. Sigourney’s character is physically deadly kick-ass brutal evil, which at 63 should be pretty fun.
TAKEN 2 Starring: Liam Neeson, Famke Janssen, Maggie Grace, Rade Sherbedgia
Director: Olivier Megaton
Out: TBC October 2012
In Istanbul, retired CIA operative Bryan (Neeson) and his wife (Janssen) are taken hostage by the father of a kidnapper he killed while rescuing his daughter (Grace). This time it is down to the daughter to help free Bryan and set him loose on the gang. The director of Colombiana takes charge, which might be a concern, although he’s pretty much cut from the same cloth as the previous helmer. The plot has the potential to be too far-fetched, not least if the daughter has turned from a total wuss Britney wannabe into a bad ass (I suspect he’s ‘trained’ her between movies). As long as they focus on Neeson, he’ll deliver his usual highly-watchable gravitas.

"There are plenty of scenarios that could bring about a satisfying Potter sequel/prequel. The world has become so synonymous with our culture that it's harder to imagine a world without something waiting for release or in development. Would this be a chance for beloved plot threads, necessarily cut from the main movie franchise, to get their own film? Think X-Men: First Class as a successful template, and we may get a Marauders' (James Potter, Sirius and Lupin) movie, or a Dumbledore-centric prequel. Greed-driven movies need to be stopped somewhere, and Harry Potter is as good a film as any to set that example. Everyone involved creatively has sworn against more movies, but the cash is still warm, and we can only wait to see whether they stay true to their words. Peter Jackson is making The Hobbit (although that's not such a bad thing), how long is it until David Yates signs on to Dumbledore: The Early Years?"

JK is the only one who write more stories in the Potter universe (focusing on different characters if not Harry).

"Naomie has been having a great time on set with Daniel Craig - who is reprising his role as the British spy for a third time - and director Sam Mendes and has been blown away by Daniel's work ethic and devotion to the role. She explained: "Daniel is amazing. We do 12-14 hours of filming and then after, every day, he does two hours of training on top of that in the gym. He works so hard and he's always in a great mood. I really adore him. "It really has been so fantastic. It's so weird because you forget almost, about the pressure, and Sam Mendes is such a lovely director, there is an amazing atmosphere on set. It's very very calm and intimate actually. Sometimes it feels like a low budget film, which is fantastic. I forget it's Bond."

The newest wrinkled pics of him I am more inclined to believe it is a Ethan Hunt wearing a Craig mask.

All The Cold Light of Day has to be is a somewhat decent action movie and it will do well because Bruce Willis is in it. Like RED, if it sucks like Hart's War it will be another story.

She also said she is not going to have a beach scenes I've seen her beach scenes and this is a good decision.

The Voice's ratings were down 3 million as well as Smash which only tied the Bachelor  in the ratings race Monday night. Smash had better not drop another 3 million next week or it has little chance for a renewal. I guess Mcpheever cooled off some what this week. NBC: "The Voice" (15.3 million viewers, 8.9/13 households)
CBS: "How I Met Your Mother" (9.1 million, 5.6/9)/"2 Broke Girls" (10.5 million, 6.4/9)
ABC: "The Bachelor" (7.9 million, 5.2/8)
FOX: "House" (7.15 million, 4.3/7)
The CW: "Gossip Girl" (1.2 million, 0.8/1)

18-49 leader: "The Voice" (5.4)

9 p.m.

NBC: "The Voice" (16.9 million, 9.7/14)
CBS: "Two and a Half Men" (12.35 million, 7.7/11)/"Mike & Molly" (11 million, 6.9/10)
ABC: "The Bachelor" (8.1 million, 5.4/8)
FOX: "Alcatraz" (6.2 million, 3.8/6)
The CW: "Hart of Dixie" (1.6 million, 1.0/1)

18-49 leader: "The Voice" (6.4)

Not sure how to feel about a Harry Potter prequel. It'd have to be REALLY good.

Who else would write it FBF? Can the movie studio hire someone to do just a screenplay without JK's permission? Unlikely.
