Don't forget the Rugby World Cup!
Oh I'm not forgetting! I have quite a few friends playing! I spent many years hanging out only with top rugby players! Best people ever, nobody knows how to have fun like they do!

Have seen an ad for Dream House several times. They're advertising this more than the latest Matt Daaaaaaaaamon  movie. Dream House looks to be Cowboys Vs. Aliens..but with a haunted house. :cuss:

Cowboys and Aliens opens in its last two territories, Japan and Cyprus, on Friday. It's only about $5 million dollars shy of finally making its budget back, so maybe this will be the final push it needs to avoid the ultimate humiliation.

They have to gross $326 million to net back the $163 million they shelled out on it and that does not factor in the marketing/advertising costs.

No if Qos Could not make money with the same budget, Cowboys and old stern men  can not be close to a money maker. Surprising because if they advertised a Bond movie like they did this movie I would expect it to be a smash no matter what. However, given how much publicity Bond movies do get it is sort of surprising they are not a bigger franchise.

Oh.. BTW Forester is still defending his dreadful Bond, altou he does blame the writers strike for any short comings... .nice to see he is on the same page.

MP, the Oh-bama's job approval in your electoral rich state is under 50%, now at 46%, with 44% disapproving. I never, ever, thought your state would be in play for the Republicans, but it might be. I hope you spread the word to eliminate this politically diseased, socialistically trained, drone from office in November 2012, just 3 days before Cr-egg's egg arrives at the theatres, supposedly. I had better not spot you on line buying a ticket for this morbid trash by Mendes.

I will be voting with my pocketbook and *not* seeing Bond 23. No amount of bribing could get me to see it.

Would anyone here rather buy the Star Wars Blu-Ray (which includes new changes once again) than watch Bond 23?

Cowboys and Aliens was a turkey. Only the presence of Daniel Craig allowed it to make as much money as it did as all his fans saw it.

You mean relatives, correct Craig007? Fans? Other than the new MI6 and old CB.net websites, what fans? Just watch Dream House tank next weekend. MP, I hope you don't see that either. I don't want you being kept up all night being afraid.........not of the storyline........but of being exposed to DC's mug for 90 minutes! :happy spin: They should have released it Halloween weekend. FBF, don't go see it in California either. Don't waste one penny on a DC film.

I know this is a Bond site.......but i have to say that after studying the US economic situation, and its affect on the rest of the world............Obama has got to go.............the guy has been a total disaster for the US economy, and he is obviously a puppet for the rich elte.
If he gets another term in the US after the next election, then the US can kiss goodbye to any potential recovery...........maybe a good time to start learning Chinese.

EA
If EA realizes this, the pride of the UK Bond fandom, all must realize it and kiss that drone good bye the very same week we hopefully begin to celebrate the end of DC as Bond when the next film opens to once again, poor reviews.

I fear 2012 is going to be a dismal year for the world.........hopefully there are going to be some good films to cheer us up!

Regarding C&A, i can't believe how badly the film performed internationally..................to put it into a perspective a cheap British comedy costing a mere few million $ has outgrossed C&A, just from its UK release only.

The Star Wars Blu Ray set is a ripoff. I don't have a Blu Ray player(well, my parents do, but I don't like Star Wars enough to shell out for DVD's I can loan off of my brother(they own all of the Star Wars movies.)
