Remember there was that story about a vampire that was captured around the time of Lincoln's death and forced to serve America it was said to be a mix of Bond and vampires maybe the Bond people should buy that story

Men over 40 should really not wear denim, women can carry it off but men look like Shakin Stevens or Status Quo or worse Daniel Craig.

Not everyone can wear denim..it's rare to see people wearing a denim jacket-let alone a denim jacket *and* denim jeans. Yes, I wore denim. That was back in the day('84 or thereabouts) when it was the fashion. But Daniel Craig is a man.In his 40's. And it's 2011.

'Star Trek 2' May Take Longer Because J.J. Abrams Wants It Done Right
By Kelsea Stahler , Hollywood.com Staff | Monday, June 06, 2011

With the release of Super 8 this Friday and the fact that I've been re-watching Lost all weekend, I hereby dub this week J.J. Abrams week. As such, it's only fitting that we take some time to discuss what's next for the new king of sci-fi. He dropped few little nuggets of information about the highly-anticipated Star Trek sequel that he doesn't have a contract to direct, but it's his baby, so he totally will eventually. Obviously, we need to talk about this.

After enduring the sad news that Star Trek 2 would be pushed back to summer 2012 and then again to Christmas 2012, we can at least take solace in the fact that J.J.'s got a plan and he's got our best interest in mind. Over the weekend, he attended a Super 8 press junket and sent out a few words to calm our fears about waiting any longer for a movie we've wanted to see since the credits rolled on the first Abrams Star Trek.

I care much more that it be good than it be ready. I'm, obviously doing everything I can to make sure that schedules don't get screwed up. But I don't think anyone wants a movie on time that's not worth your time...We want to make sure it's done right. The guys I've been working with are obviously brilliant so I'm really excited to get back into it. So this is something I've been working on pretty closely, so in part they're like, fine we'll meet you to discuss.

He may not hold a contract to direct yet, but this is Abrams' movie and from the looks of things he's ready to get cracking, but as usual, he wants it to be perfect. (Besides, Paramount would have to somehow lose its collective mind not to get that signature on paper for the Star Trek sequel.) It makes sense, and obviously, if J.J.'s not happy, we won't be happy, so we should just stop our whining and let the man work his magic even though it pains us to hear that we may have to a wait a millisecond longer that we were originally promised. According to Roberto Orci, one of the masterminds behind the Star Trek and Star Trek 2 stories, Abrams has been trying to give input on the sequel's script as he's been "up to his eyeballs in Super 8," so perhaps once the film finally hits theaters at the end of the week, J.J. can take that fierce perfectionism and put it to work on Star Trek 2. Pretty please with sugar on top? Seriously, this wait is just getting ridiculous at this point.

If Trek 2 (not II as in TWOK) is pushed back for Christmas '12, what does that mean for Bond 23? Would it be delayed as well?

It goes to show how much time is needed to do it right. A lot of big dogs coming out in Nov-Dec maybe they would move it but they say they are going early in the UK.

The newest Bond girl rumour: Naomie Harris, who was in 28 Days Later and one of the Pirates Of The Carribean movies, is going to be a Bond girl in the next movie. If that's true, she may be its saving grace. She's a great actress(really liked her in 28 Days Later), so I hope it's more than just a rumour.

"she who lies down with dogs gets fleas"........so if this Harris girl is smart she will reconsider Bond 23 and not require a future flea and tick collar by performing in Cr-egg's egg of a film. :fight:

I think it's best if Naomi Harris doesn't take part. She can succeed without Bond.

I do like the fact she's a little less cookie cutter than some of the other actresses that are always suggested for Bond girls.

Just put this in the Bond 23 section
http://www.danielcraigisnotbond.com/for ... =74&t=2751
Looking at IMDB her schedule is clear so I do think there is a little heft to this rumour.

She was in After The Sunset with Pierce, a little while after she was in a accident (?car?) In a later interview was upset Pierce and Salma Hayek didn't come by to wish her well, apparently they all got along smashingly, she said she as hurt they did not come by, send a card, whatever she was expecting them to do. I happen to think they plain didn't know. They are some of the nicest people in Hollywood and the busiest.

I do like her, it's a wish her well, and worry if she does.

Everybody knows her from POTC. Actress and actors chosen are not the main problem with whatever Bond 23 becomes. If she going to be the head of Quantum, the new M, then she should say no. If it is a regular bond girl role she should probably say no because the last two movies had unremarkable Bond girls nothing about the girls from CR and QOS really stick out in memory. The last remarkable Bond girl was Halle Berry sad really, every Bond movie used to have a female costar that was very memorable.

   who the HELL wears denim jackets anymore anyway? Seriously dude, get over it, the 80s are over. And an ALL denim look? Awful, the end.

About the actress: I don't think there's any truth to the rumor. Very highly doubt she is even being considered. But MGM and Sony are desperate to put out just about ANYTHING at this point since NOTHING is happening, so this may be just PR work...

LOL J7 Wild over at Bizarro!MI6 is having a fit at the idea of Naomie Harris as a Bond girl:

She will be another Rosie Carver!

I find her unimpressive, untalented, and annoying

Don't bring race into it-it has nothing to do with race

Needless to say, several people called him on his bullsh!t.

I was able to get a secret picture from the upcoming film Roy Rogers Meets The Jetsons starring Cr-egg. It seems they ran out of money to purchase horses for the film so they decided to use these instead: http://images.worldnow.com/AP/images/14383661_BG2.jpg
