Who isn't humble here, as opposed to your MI6 where Benny=Nash called me an idiot? He should talk?

Wow, after a several month abscence that's all you can come up with?

Stocks, you are freaking WEAK.

I guess since Nash has been banned you're filling in for him. Not to be b!tchy, but don't be surprised when people don't exactly welcome you with open arms when you go around praising Craig to the high heavens. I realize you are somewhat agreeing with us, but that doesn't mean I(and a lot of other people) have forgotten the things you've said.

IIRC your posts as of late have consisted of jabs at me. Real mature.

Sorry mods, that had to be said.

I thought it was pretty pathetic the way they only started having a go at BJ after he'd been stopped from posting and couldn't respond! I'd say Cbn is far worse than MI6 these days.
Pathetic, juvenile, deliberately intolerant, and delusional all are adjectives to describe that dreadful forum. I still cannot respond there. They won't post my replies. I say we send Katied, FBF, and Steven Seagal there to clean house once and for all!

BJMDDS,

I went on to CommanderPravda.net to see your recent comments on the Danielle Craig PSA. I thought your comments were great, but apparently many on CommanderPravda did not. I grew tired of the Craigski's gaining up on you, so for the first time I joined CommanderPravda.net. I've already posted a few times, and in doing so I offered opinions that differ greatly from the manufactured message. We will see what happens.
They won't allow me to respond at all. My 2 new responses were disallowed if you can believe that. Let's see how long they allow you to post there.
I am sorry to hear that BJMDDS, but I am not surprised. Thus far I have posted a few times and already one of the Craigskis has taken issue with my comments. My name is not Bond77 on the CommanderPravda because that name apparently has been taken, but I am sure you won't have a hard time guessing which one is me.

It's no surprise a lot of other good members left this site after your constant spamming for post counts.

Hmmm, 500 members- and a lot of active posters? I'd say things are going pretty good. And we've got a lot of people coming back to check this place out again. The banishing of a certain problem poster has made this a much better place. The lack of negative posts and the ability to post how we honestly feel about something without getting ripped a new one is a nice feeling.

Oh well, I suppose I should pack up again and leave. So much for an open forum.

Well, it appears now that another Bond forum is muzzling discussion on Craig as Bond in Drag.

Found more good comments on deadline

Actor Daniel Craig should sue for sexual harassment.

WORST IDEA EVER.

How does visually humiliating a man, all while being verbally emasculated by his female superior, really promote gender “equality”?

To bad Daniel Craig isn’t really licensed to kill the dumb-asses who thought this was a good idea.

I’d rather be tied to a chair naked and have my happy sack whipped with a rope knot than see Daniel Craig do that again.

Barbara Broccoli has been shitting on this franchise since the day she took over, pussifying Bond to the point where it’s horrifying to see how much she’s going to further push the iconic figure into P.C. flaccidness.
As for the rabid feminists on the boards here…most real women still prefer a man to be a man, and the sight of one in drag is as ridiculous as it is the biggest turn-off in the world.

This doesn’t make any sense.

It begins with M saying “We’re equals, aren’t we Bond?”

No, they’re not equals. M is Bond’s superior. His boss.

After that, the whole thing just becomes a very long laundry list of equality ills that Bond is responsible for.

Wow, they really hung Craig out to dry on that one. They owe him the next Bond pic asap!

That’s a MAN, baby!!

This was a bad idea because it tells us what they think of their own character. If this is really what they think…that this character is such a slug; then why don’t the Broccoli’s shut down the franchise and Craig and Dench recuse themselves from their roles. From here on in, anytime I see a Craig Bond I will know that he sees the character with utter contempt.

And don’t even get me started that the website in question that they are endorsing actually is another typical white, lefty website which says young women should be encouraged to be prosmiscuous in the modern era. That is the exact type of sixties “feminism” that Bond thrived on.

Badly concecived all around.

Boycott Bond 23!

I am just irritated by those who call narrow-minded the authors of the article, or those who say this is conceived for UK public. It isn’t, this is a worldwide ad, so it must reach out to everyone in the world. You’re not “more illuminated” than the rest of the world because you think it’s a great ad.

The problem with it is, that while they could have used the Bond character to ACTUALLY send out a good message to women in the world while at the same time REINFORCING the Bond character, they instead chose to make women look just as bad as men in order to validate a RIDICULOUS STUNT with Craig in drag. And they trashed Bond’s character in the process. (Shame on Barbara Broccoli for this, but she’s been doing nothing but this ever since hiring a totally wrong actor as Bond. Yes that would be Daniel Craig.)

This is just a ridiculous publicity stunt that’s gone bad. M humiliating Bond doesn’t put Bond in a position to promote equality. It makes him look stupid and it makes M look like the worst of men. Equality is not about women behaving like the worst of men do, humiliating women and wanting them to behave like men. That’s what M is doing here: she even “makes” Bond become a woman with a drag. Women behaving like men in order to “keep up” or women humiliating men to prove how strong they are aren’t liberated, they are just as bad as men who discriminate them. And that’s what happens in this ad.

This could have had a positive message. They just needed to COMPLETELY avoid the drag part. It’s completely ill-conceived. And, Craig looks terrible in it. Both in terms of looks and in terms of acting. Have Bond show up for the man he is and actually talk about how many strong women there are out there (and many were in the Bond films). Have M stand up for women and be there as Bond’s boss, which is her actual role. Have Bond and M agree on a message on equality of rights. But absolutely NO drag involved. The drag ridiculed BOTH the message in favor of women (made it look silly and superficial) AND James Bond. Way to go. Not.

It was the rape of an icon. A Strong word with jarring implications but apropos in this case.

The actor were not brave or enlightened to make this I doubt they saw little down side.

If Daniel and Dame Dench want to take this show on the road despite how ill conceive and poorly executed it is fine by me as long as it is billed as Danny and the Dame and not 007 and his boss named after a letter.

The producer’s contempt for James Bond come through with no room for misinterpretation. The perceived sins of her father has caused Ms Broccoli to act very rashly. Perhaps on more than one occasion.

In the piece Bond’s fondness for women is sited as reason for M verbally assaulting Bond, this can only be in reference to the 20 films of her father’s legacy, the Bond Ms Broccoli rebooted and made her own would be hard pressed to demonstrate this “fondness”.

It is one thing for Dame Judi and Daniel to a role play like this, it became another matter when the characters of James Bond and M were inhabited to act out an all out assault on the literary creation and 50 years of movie history.

Hopefully Ms Broccoli will retire soon and allow some of the younger Broccolis’ a chance.

I was worried that the Bond franchise jumped the shark with Quantum of Solace. Who could foresee that Daniel Craig would put an end to any last shred of credibility this battered character had by dressing in drag. Bond was able to prevail against SPECTRE, Scaramanga, Baron Samedi, a whole host of femme fatales and others. Not even Ian Fleming could imagine that Bond would not survive international feminism. The fembots have finally killed James Bond. Now nothing can stand in their way of world domination. Maybe MI6 can replace him with a female agent that won’t whinge about chipping a nail when her Walther PPK jams.

I made a comment as bob james bob on that deadline article but My post got deleted, wasn't offensive, wasn't bashing anyone, just saying what I think.

The fact that comments are disappearing elsewhere-not just the EON shill places-makes me wonder what is going on.Surely Queen Babs doesn't have that much power(after her bond in drag stunt,I wouldn't think she did! :D )

Goes to show only real men could pull off a skirt.
Is that a cut scene from DAF?NSNA?no?Nobody cares if Connery, Brosnan, Moore would cross dress for a movie.James Bond doing is incomprehensible. The official James Bond series has just emasculated Ian Flemings James Bond because of the politics of one person.Craig and Dench should have known better than to do this with Bond. They are not Bond fans after all are they.

I think Charles was making a reference to MI6 locking their thread about this.

I have no problem with people having opposing opinions.Really.But when it turns into a personal attack, the way Stocks does, then, IMO, it crosses a line.Just sayin'.

The difference in Connery's Cross dressing, Is basicly he looks like a Bloke in a dress, Where as With Craig's he's gone for it Hair and Make up, Pouting ( Sorry he already pouts all the time anyway )
