I find that photo deeply alarming because he looks the dead spit of a bloke I used to work with called Graham. Graham did not really feature in my mental image of a James Bond...

The problem with DAD was NOT Brosnan;it was the last 2/3 of the script. I agree that the scene in question was ridiculous, 'no bout a doubt it'. If Craig did the SAME scene, he would have been ridiculed as well. Brosnan deserved the first serious and gritty script in years, not Craig, for he EARNED that chance, saving Eon's rear after 6 years of hiatus and 2 Dalton box office disasters, unlike Craig, who cheaply walked into the role due to Broccoli's sweet tooth for his look.

Always a sour faced, depressed look with Craig, sport jacket or not. When he smiles, his expression becomes quite clownlike, not enjoyable to look at.

Okay, can you point out where I said it was Brosnan's fault? Where are you getting that from? :?

BOND sells, NOT CRAIG
The reboot is a risky area, did Eon need to do it? NO. Did this confuse alot of people? YES.
The Bond character will always be anchored in the values of the 60s

Not you, but that scene has been all over Bond forums as a joke for a Bond film, and that scene has been branded to Brosnan.

Guess it is just unfortunate for Brosnan that he actually played Bond in that scene. It's why it will always be branded with him, right or wrong.

Those photos of the different Bonds still doesn't make me think Craig is unsuitable for the role. They all look like Bond's to me.

It is a shame that many of you will never accept Craig, no matter how long he plays Bond, and even if Bond 22 is more in the style you are accustomed to.

Without trying to sound patronising, I actually feel for you all. I have something in common with all of you - we are all Bond fans. It is such a pity we can't all see eye to eye on the current James Bond.

I genuinely mean that in all sincerity. :(

It is a shame that for many people (or how many anyone wants to suggest) that Daniel Craig has made Bond unwatchable.

Daniel Craig has ruined Bond for me at the moment, and I see this site as a form of therapy.
Bring back Bond!

Your dislike of the Brosnan era does not compare to our disdain for Craig as Bond Sweeney. At least you found his films watchable, even if you did not care for them. I feel that way about Dalton's 2 films. I watch them, but tolerate them. With Craig, CR is not watchable, for I TRULY DETEST him as Bond and I find him an insult to my many years of being a Bond fan. Yet,Eon could care less, and they made their choice. I just want to see how long before Broccoli 'Brosnan's' Craig sayonara, out of left field, with no warning.

You have to face the facts that right now it appears as though Craig is very popular as Bond, by not just the media and the masses, but also by die-hard Bond fans on the internet. I'm sorry that you guys feel in the minority and left out with this, I really do.

I hope 22 is a bit more enjoyable for you to watch, but by the constant negativity on here, I doubt it very much. I don't think any of you will go in to the next film with an open mind, so you will hate it before even seeing it.
