http://chillertheatre.com/gt/gtc4.htm It's Chiller Theatre time again this Saturday night. Reservations have been made in the restaurant nearby the convention where we have met "celebrities" putting on the feed bags. Maybe we will get lucky again this Saturday.

WASHINGTON--The U.S. economy failed to gather as much steam as expected in the first quarter, potentially setting up yet another year of sluggish gains with signs already emerging of slowing hiring and investment.
The nation's gross domestic product, a measure of all goods and services produced in the economy, advanced at a 2.5% annual rate between January and March, the Commerce Department said Friday.
Economists surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires had forecast a 3.2% annualized expansion. Still, the GDP gain represented a rebound from the dismal 0.4% growth in the prior quarter.

Key quote from the second article:
There is no confirmation on whether their information is true
I may be wrong, but this sounds suspiciously like one of those made up "I saw an advance screening of the film" posts from IMDb. They may be telling the truth, but there's no way to know for sure until the film is released.

Fascinating or not, I'm not reading them. Being a Trekkie, I want to see unexpected things.

People, news ahead, Fleming's character was originally going to be called "James Secretan", but Clare Blanchard suggested him to change it to something else, and Fleming settled on "James Bond". From now on, I'm going to call Craig "Secretan" because he's obviously no Bond.

I'm with FBF on this, I will see Trek 2 however I'm avoiding so called spoilers. Not being a fan of the reboot J.J. Abrams still has plenty of rope to hang himself with.
