Seek and destroy is the November 2012 mission, right FBF? Then the antidote will be applied, named Cavill, right FBF? Parading all six Bond actors out at the UK premiere, (which is insulting to say the least and I bet Pierce will look better than DC), will attempt to energize those under the Imperious Curse to spend their money on Bond 23;however, once the curse is broken by the underwhelming box office, a fresh new start will emerge.

There will be no antidote if Bond 23 grosses more than both QOS and CR, especially here in the US, and/or receive even a single Oscar nomination in the technical category. After the Oscars this coming 2012, the Battle for Middle Earth will begin. As Gandalf said, Bond 23 shall not pass.

There is NO way Bond 23 outgrosses both films FBF, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO way :!: Cr-egg's career is in shambles. The only ones who do not know this are DC himself, and Eon. MGM and Sony WILL get the picture after Bond 23 is slaughtered by negative word of mouth(not the paid off fake Eon shilled stuff you will see), the vampires, and the Hobbit :!: You can take that to the bank FBF, rest assured :!: The minions will be released from the evil Eon spell that has been placed on them since 2005's horrific deed in introducing a skull cruncher as a suave spy :!:

I hope Bond 23 end up in the same fate as his non-Bond works, not only critically but also financially. The real James Bond movie is not Bond 23 but rather this:

This is James Bond people, and the real post-Brosnan Bond is Christian Bale.

I wonder what if the green one would have considered Bale as Bond and actually cast HIM in CR. What a difference that would have made, right FBF?

As a Brosnan Bond fan, I wouldn't bother see CR regardless who plays Bond, but I'm sure Bale wouldn't get bashed like DC is today.

Will you accept Henry as a suitable replacement to Pierce and no longer be a Former Bond Fan but instead a Born Again Bond Fan?

Henry is definitely suitable for my future kids' generation. Once he's in, DC's Bonds shall be removed from the Bond canon as though they do not exist. And I will call myself PierceBrosnanLoyalist.

But that has no reference to Henry's Bond. Will PierceBrosnanLoyalist be a dedication to a great former Bond while at the same time respecting Henry's portrayal? The problem I see is Eon's refusal to allow this to occur. The green one will resent any future Bond because she will be prodded and forced by MGM and Sony to replace her loin cloth with a proper actor and it will INFURIATE her to no end. I welcome your new name in 2013.......PierceBrosnanLoyalist :!: No more need for Carrot Top too. :happy spin: So let it be written................so let it be done :!:

Speaking of Star Wars, it will return in 3D this February.....this time in 3D. Episode I and II.....I will watch it once. As for III and the Original Trilogy, I will watch it multiple times.

How many more Bond films do you think Pierce had in him? Personally, I'd have liked to see a non-reboot CR with Brozza as Bond, to give him the chance to do a more down-to-earth, less special effects driven Bond film, like he always wanted. But my feeling is that it should have been his last Bond film regardless. I'd hate to see him go on playing Bond when he was too old for the role, like Sean and Roger did.

Brosnan could have made a great last Bond in 2004. He was very popular as Bond so there may have been a risk of him going on and on to the present day.

Correct. One more Bond film was appropriate for Pierce and the morose vegetable called him and fired him with no class, while in negotiations for a deal......then her sweet tooth set in for DC's nakedness and it was all over. NINE wasted years, now going on TEN :!: I'll sip margaritas on Lake Como when DC is fired :!:

Up to 2 more if Pierce did non-reboot CR in 2004 with the last one in 2007.

I would love to see an unofficial Bond, but I wouldn't want to see him as an older Bond. Not only that, he's probably too good for that since he prefers challenging roles these days to prove his craft. And speaking of someone who continues to play Bond when he's too old, I think this works best for Fat Seagal and Jerry.

Bootlegging is getting fast now, I doubt Spyfail will make it 2 weeks without a bootleg appearing online. QOS actually had a long run before the first bootleg appeared but then it was getting such a bad rep maybe they figured why bother.
Oh no it's just a matter of knowing where to look... QoS WAS out quick, but nobody bothered with it! Normally now within 2-3 days of theatrical release, the bootleg is out there. Especially for action movies. I don't think Skyfall will be an exception.

And, agree completely on CR.
Maybe.
I don't think it hit the big torrents until the movie hit the US, Russia, and maybe some of the other EU Countries. I can't remember if you were here in 2008. I'm so used to your being here I can't imagine you were not. :D

I thought the UK release date was a mistake because it was a week or 2 ahead of the US, I do not remember any real torrents (meaning a torrent not put out by the studios to trap people) until it hit Qos rest of the world but by then there was also bad word of mouth. Honestly I don't think downloads hurt movies as much as Bad word of mouth.

Price has more to do with people not taking chance on a movie I'll hit a movie for a matinee ticket price but not for a night time ticket price. And if there is any doubt about a movie it a $1 rental.
AW thank you, I love being here! :D But I wasn't here in 2008. The thing with torrents is, there aren't only torrents, but other releases too, and most of all, the most difficult ones to find are only on SOME private sites, and most people don't have access to them. I do, of course  (will alert you guys about Skyfall of course). So yeah, I had seen QoS stuff d**n quick. And this year especially, every single action movie was there within 3 days tops. They released it, a maximum 3 days after the CAM release was out there. Takes a week to 10 days to have the better version with the perfect audio etc. but people are d**n fast with the stuff now.

I think the UK release date is definitely a mistake, too. I can take bets there WILL be torrents out there before it hits US theaters... and what will hurt it (IF it is bad, there's still a chance it isn't) is word of mouth, like you said, rather than the torrents themselves. Actually if the movie is good torrents HELP IT because people get a glimpse at how good it is and go see it at the theater. If it's bad, well, needless to say, people know and they won't bother

FBF I'm sorry but no it's not an idea or a plan to have the franchise crash. Another actor CAN AND WILL take over the role once Craig is done, and we need the franchise to still be alive for that. The fact HE doesn't portray Bond doesn't mean that Bond is dead at all... it just means HE cannot do it. But Henry can, and others will be able to as well. It's just a matter of getting rid of Craig (and of course ousting the smelly green veggie... )

Perhaps Bond is not dead.....but perhaps more like a living dead if you ask me. What does DC's Bonds and zombies have in common? Their only purpose is spread the epidemic. Zombies seek to devour humans their meal while DC's Bonds seek to corrupt the minds of general public, especially the younger generation. Better for Skyfall to CRASH and BURN than to outmatch both CR's and QOS' gross (especially here in the US), or worse, getting even a single Oscar nomination in the technical category.

If you want someone to play Bond to the point when he's too old, Fat Seagal is the one.  Well, an unofficial Bond would do.
