Remember that ad for International womens Day Craig Dragged up for, Wasn't that supposed to show Respect for Women ?
Then the producers turn around and do the same thing they are accusing the rest of Hollywood of doing i.e. Casting a girl
young enough to be Craig's Daughter as his female lead. So once again sending out the Message that any Actress over
25 is TOO OLD for the movies. Eon must be "Studing, western Hyprocisy "
I find it hard to believe there is not a talented 30 to 40 something actress out there, Then again because Craig is looking so Old now they
need to get some younger faces to try and balance it out.
This is a great point and exactly what came to mind when I saw they cast a 23-year-old as a Bond girl (although since Mazer has other information, I REALLY hope that he's right as usual and she's not cast as a Bond girl but in a very minor role as a translator or whatever it is. Seriously, it's sick). Regardless, what you stated above remains: they cast 23 year old girls to play professionals and/or Bond girls in a film with Craig who looks AT THE VERY LEAST 50 years old? So much for respect for women and women's rights. LOL great point about Eon studying "Western Hypocrisy". That's exactly what this is about.

BJ, love Kate Beckinsale. Of course would never wish her to have to kiss Craig on screen  but she'd definitely be age-appropriate for him. (While still looking way younger than him, but at least not like his daughter!!)

Bond girl:....huh.....papa?
cregg:....nicole.

I have no idea how accurate it is, her name was listed with role as translator, perhaps explaining a awkward accent and/or reason for the encounter (if there is more to it than one guy making notes). The last proper Bond girl (ie a proper love interest) was Gemma Arterton she was on hardly on screen and in the same age bracket (22 at the time). (she also compared Craig to her daddy  )

Olga Kurylenko had the most screen time in OQS as well as the honor of being a waste of time.

  ain't that the truth about Kurylenko. Beautiful girl, classic Bond girl material. And utter waste of time thanks to how her character was written. I did have Gemma Arterton in mind when writing about the French girl. OHH I think they may list her as a translator because she's French so obviously she'll have a strong accent... guess that just means the reason why Bond meets her is that she's a translator (if that's accurate), but she remains the main Bond girl. Unreal. I wish some women closer to EON had the decency to tell them this is not just highly inappropriate but extremely offensive. And he DOES LOOK like her dad. And he COULD be her dad in real life as well! What the HELL is wrong with them? :^o): (forget I asked, rhetorical question)

Meantime, excuse me but I MUST post this.

http://justjared.buzznet.com/photo-gall ... ortals-01/

Have a good look (women especially LOL). This man looks elegant and Bondian even when covered in dirt and shirtless while playing a Greek warrior. Craig can't even hold a candle to him. Yet the cruciferous green vegetable (Copyright BJ) managed to have her way back then because of her crush on the Craigster. I just can't even begin to THINK how those fanboys can even state for a second that Craig was the better choice. It is crystal clear Cavill was the BY FAR best choice there. Script was clearly written for him, Campbell was convinced he was doing the movie with him and found himself with rug pulled off from under his feet last-minute...but we've known the actual story for a while here. It took Henry Cavill to finally talk about being the last one standing vs Craig and them having to decide if they wanted a younger Bond or a Bond in his 30s (I'd say 50s actually, but of course Henry is a gentleman) for the fanboys out there to finally learn how it actually went. Yet they keep on going. I frankly fail to understand.

It's obvious that with his neanderthalic grimacing face DC's future post-Bond should be in commercials touting this product: http://dealseekingmom.com/files/2010/09/DULCOLAX.jpg He would be an iconic spokesman for the product, instead of a dead pan impersonator of the greatest spy of all time in the cinema.

Excuse me. I am dead. On the floor. New photos of Henry Cavill from Superman set, SHIRTLESS, just hit all the main sites. I think it will take me a while to recover. I may need a Martini. Or ten. :martini:

Just for the sake of it:

http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/ ... witterfeed

See, given Cavill is TALL (6 ft 1) he doesn't look ridiculous with muscles on him. He just looks great. Now I will have to mentally replace that image of UGH Craigster in those (horrific) blue trunks with Henry. In black or navy trunks obviously, not that horrid blue nobody stylish would wear. Then picture him on an Aston Martin. Oh wait, no need for that, since Henry Cavill actually OWNS one. I mean it, I'm gonna go kill the rotten vegetable myself if we don't get Cavill as the next Bond.

BJ, you're going to NYCC right? (comic con). They're going to screen Person of Interest on the big screen if you haven't watched it yet! (just saw new episode earlier tonight, and it was GREAT! This show just keeps getting better!).

I never heard of this convention. The other comic convention was last weekend in New Jersey but I did not attend it.

I think this is the biggest one. Official stuff from the networks and studios. Big rounds of interviews, round tables with actors going there and all that. The above is a release from Warner Bros so for sure this is the official, and big, deal. I didn't know there was one in New Jersey, I always assumed you were talking about New York Comic Con :O I've been so distracted, my bad. Anyway, Person of Interest really deserves a chance from people here. While we're without James Bond, at least we can watch other good action stuff.

So will they give the Craigster a special drink to make him look 15 years younger in the movie, so the lovely French they hired won't look like his daughter? Forget I mentioned, they'd be capable of doing that with special effects

More wonderful news: "The actor could not reveal much about the role or about the newest Bond flick, but he’s had the role in mind for months.

"They're changing the whole thing, the whole dynamic," Bardem said. "I'd be playing Bond's nemesis, yes, but it's not that obvious. Everything is more nuanced. It's very intriguing."

"A week after its release, the L.A. Times reported that Sheridan (My Left Foot and In America) had, at one point, asked the Directors Guild of America to remove his name from the film. Dream House was shot in Toronto back in January of 2010 and was scheduled to open last February. But, first, reshoots were called for and the production company, Morgan’s Creek Productions, took the film away from Sheridan, who then petitioned the DGA to have his name removed.

Eventually a compromise was reached, though the creative schism seems to have ruined the film. The movie’s official trailer, attempting to focus on the horror angle, casually gives away the central psychological plot twist. It’s no surprise that Sheridan declined to do any promotion for the film. Weisz and Craig were also apparently unhappy with the final cut made by Morgan Creek and refused to do press or promotion for the picture."

They will have to use several layers of fake tan. Maybe they should use some CGI on his face as fake tan can only do so much.

And the irony is that Sheridan's direction seems to be the only thing about the film that anyone has a good word for.
