It would be good to see them. Imagine a scenario where the fans get to see the screentests before the actor is chosen and then get to decide who they want as Bond via a poll.

Thankfully that day will never come.

Please tell me that's a joke.

Nah, I think that's a terrible idea. We already have enough interference in the creative process thanks to these test preview screenings where audiences get to tell writers and directors how to make movies. How many movies get butchered because of these and then have to be released in a director's cut (if you're lucky), which is always an improvement over the theatrical release? Makers of commercial studio films have to be responsive to audience wishes, but they shouldn't be slaves to them.

Don't agree with you there.

Hard to tell. I had only seen the original (or one of them - the 35mm version is different to the 70mm version) on TV many years before Redux came out and by the time I saw Redux in the cinema, I couldn't always remember what was part of AN79 and what was new.

Are you actually serious, that a worldwide public poll is what's needed to chose the next James Bond?
This isn't reality tv Anakin.

Like any other poll.

It's just an idea Nash, that is all. No need to make a mountain out of a mole hill.

Never said it was.
BTW less of the Anakin, it's Mr Skywalker to you Pluto.

It was remotely amusing, but not appropriate.
