The action sequences are fine. That is all this film looks like. Craig is still a horror as Bond. The movie fone trailer link has a comment that says it looks like The Bourne Identity without the amnesia. That is a correct assumption. This films resembles LTK.

What do you mean by "old-lady dialogue"?

Ever since 1995 Dench's M would always tell Bond "don't go on a vendetta, avenging won't bring him/her back" sort of lecturing.

BJ's right, it does resemble LTK and I hope they get that revenge element right this time. DAF was a missed opportunity and while LTK was great but at times dragged the Moore elements (Uncle Q).

It's The Bourne Mimicry, plain and simple and I cannot wait for K-Td's review of the trailer tomorrow.
And I'm only too happy to give my opinion(of course!)
Your favorite singer, Winehouse, elbowed a fan at her concert this weekend while slurring the words. It's just a matter of time now. It was just shown on television.

As I said a few pages ago, what a waste of talent. Someone needs to do something about her. She's got a great voice and it would be a shame for that voice to be cut off by bad judgement and poor choices.

Skankhouse needs to die already(not that she isn't already well on her way, between the emphysema and the(continuing) crack habit.)Harsh? That's too bad.

I saw pictures of Skankhouse at the Nelson Mandela concert and Glastonbury...."yikes!" doesn't even begin to cover it.Her parents ceased caring a long time ago. where helping her is concerned. And that husband of hers...supposedly he's getting out of prison soon. "Sid And Nancy", anyone?

Yet the people over at The Place That Can't Be Named still want her to do the theme for QOS.There's no accounting for taste, apparently :?

Don't get your hopes up on me pulling a K'8ed. Still looks like a fun film, I'm just hoping they get the revenge element right this time, reclaiming that chance they had in 1971 to make a reveneg flick.

I still don't see much Bourne, especially on visuals. If they were ever to go Bourne they'd use shaky cam with poor tint and a Moby soundtrack. But I'm glad it has its own style, I love some of the shots such as this one.

In response to the QOS trailer!

Yes i can see why soom see the film as having parallels to LTK........ie the revenge mission thing.

The film looks like its going to be a cracker.............with plenty of great action sequences, though we only had a few
fleeting seconds of them in the teaser, and hopefully some good dialogue scenes between the leading players.
As a teaser, there was obviously a lot that wasn't hinted at, such as the villian and his plot.
To please the ladies, there was a bit of flesh shown of DC......incidently he seemed just as bulked up to me as he was in CR!!

All in all.........what it leads us to, is that obviously we want to see more, but we've still got 4 months to wait!!

You will see plenty of Bourne in the final cut. Will you admit that Craig's dishelved haircut and face are not exactly suited for Bond? Just look at it...closely.

They had a Brosnan 3 film marathon on this afternoon on cable televsion:GE,TWINE,and TND. What a pleasure to see Bond with gadgets,Q, Moneypenny, action based on non-hand to hand knife scenes ala West Side Story, a handsome Bond, etc. Compare this to what is being passed off now as Bond and there is no doubt this website deserves it's existence and notoriety.

Amen to that,And regardless of her drug addiction, some still like her music. They are SO convinced that she could turn out a good Bond theme, even if she was in the middle of a crack bender :?

Apparently Daniel Craig and Paul Haggis are working on Mamma Mia! II. It's going to be gritty and realistic.

I'm not one of those people who wanted Brosnan to be James Bond forever (I was actually looking forward to a new 007 actor until it turned out to be Daniel Cregg :| ) but the Brozza did look remarkably good on Sky News last night. Better in fact than the 'young' Bond who replaced him.

Cregg? Is that a portmanteau of Craig and Klegg?
