RIP Nikki Van Der Zyl, who dubbed many of the Bond actresses, including Eunice Gayson and Ursula Andress.

Looks like movies are still dead at the theaters. Seems like Disney + started a trend with paramount +, discovery + following with HBO max

The local newspaper has a list of all the birthdays for the week;Rachael Weisz’s was on there(yes, she and Daniel’s birthdays are close together) and I immediately noticed something:It said she was turning 50. That didn’t sound right to me so I checked Wikipedia and she’s actually turning 51!

Yes it is Captain. Didn't Gemma recently say she regretted doing QOS and now she is back doing this as her career went nowhere FAST?

Now that the British monarchy hs been branded racist by the temptress 'Meghan the Harry conqueror', how might this encourage Broccoli to make up for this massive slight to the UK by naming a BIPOC person Bond to try to rebuild its reputation, while at the same time ruining the Bond franchise even more while alienating its fanbase to a greater degree? The two-hour Oprah with Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special pulled in 2.6 rating among adults 18-49 and 17.1 million viewers for the network in early numbers. That’s more eyeballs than last September’s Primetime Emmys and last week’s Golden Globes put together.

Does anyone know what she is going on about now? I support the Monarchy but find all these intrigues boring. Maybe England should become a Republic then we won't have to hear from these narcissists and money grabbing weirdos who become involved with the Royal family.

Moderna. Apart from a slightly sore arm, it’s all good.

Second dose can cause a bit more on some people from what I have seen. Flu-like symptoms might occur within 48 hours and last a day for some people. My friend and his wife had that after their 2nd Moderna vaccine. Good luck.

Mine was the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine. Feeling a bit achey this morning, but nothing a couple of paracetamol (Tylenol) shouldn't fix.

Tonight's Jeopardy final category question: This Fleming Bond book is the ONLY one told solely from the perspective of someone who isn't Bond.

Kind of what I think Babs was going for with no time to die . She literally violated everything else Fleming said and wanted bond to be

Where is San Diego's finest Katied? It looks like your hometown Padres have a great shot at winning the World Series this year. I am considering betting them on Fanduel to do just that. Do you follow baseball there? What do you hear locally about their chances to knock off the Dodgers? I won a Super Bowl Fanduel bet with the Tampa Bay Bucs this past football season and now MP's San Diego Padres look very interesting. Image

Barbara Broccoli, one of the film's producers, told Entertainment Weekly regarding where the plot picks up, "He [Bond] decided to go off with her [Swann] and try to have a normal life. Which, of course, we completely blow a hole through at the beginning of this one. He starts off on a romantic journey with Madeleine and then believes that he's been betrayed by her."
