I think he vaguely hinting at lynch is the new bond, Train the new bond , doesn’t sound like he means take the new actor under his wing although maybe he does
bjmdds wrote:MP, did you know this? Fantastic Beasts 3 hit a previous bump in the road when WB made the decision to dismiss Johnny Depp from the project after he lost his legal battle with UK paper The Sun. Mads Mikkelsen was re-cast as Dark Wizard Gellert Grindelwald.
I knew about Depp, but referring to his recasting as a previous bump implies that there's a new one.

I think Mads is a better actor but they already established grindelwald as drepp although they’ll either ignore it or have it be another impersonation

RIP Christopher Plummer. He'd have made an awesome Bond villain, don't you agree? I enjoyed his performances in Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country and Dragnet.
He has a Bond type role in The Return of the Pink Panther too. RIP.
I don't normally pay much attention to "Bond films (or anything else) ranked from best to worst" lists. But the bottom of this one warmed the cockles of my heart: https://uk.movies.yahoo.com/best-james- ... 22399.html

There's a lot I agree with in that list, but Connery is criminally underrated in it!

I know, Goldeneye at number 1? It's good, but better than Goldfinger or FRWL?

Precisely, and the excuse they give for Dr. No landing so low: "it lacks many of the common ingredients that make Bond Bond." Then how do you explain Casino Royale, which is devoid of Bondian elements, ranking so high?

The former KATIED would love this to happen------Mads Mikkelsen quite fancied the idea of following Maud Adams's lead by playing two different roles in James Bond films.

Glad to see you back, I was starting to get a bit worried. How are you feeling?

29 days and counting with the Bell's Palsy still present. More snow on the way here Thursday with 4-8" projected on top of what has not melted. Rough winter all around.

I heard about the power outages in Texas. We had a cold snap here last week, but nothing on that scale.
