That's an excellent point Kris, considering EON's track record for leakage, like the Sony hacks and the myriad slips that have come to light during the course of filming this turkey, the longer it takes to release this, the more inevitable that scenario is. EON better mind their P's and Q's when it comes to the Chinese government or there'll be No Time To Keep This Film Locked Up.

“License to Kill,” was the only new wide release on July 14, 1989. Opening on 1,575 screens, it managed to place #4, behind three holdovers. (Among these was the rerelease of Disney’s “Peter Pan.”) This was the second (and last) Bond film starring Timothy Dalton, and it ranks as the lowest grossing domestic entry in the series.

Revenge of the sith had a in house digital copy unfinished be leaked right before the release.
Will Babs and Craig be able to resist sending out copies for awards season? If the send out copies they will be uploaded to the internet

i don't think films are eligible for awards before they're actually released. If it is released in 2021, it will be eligible for the 2022 Oscars. I expect the "For Your Consideration" ads to start appearing in Variety and The Hollywood Reporter in early January 2022.

You’re right but covid might change that, I could see to stay relevant the award committees relax the rules on entries

Meanwhile, the results of this coronavirus vaccine trial look promising, though it's too early to be sure: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-53469839?SThisFB

That would definitely help with "social distancing!"

If I wear it, does that mean I can swear at people who ask me for an autograph?

Gamespot.com poster comment: jenovaschilld----------I for one would like for the movie to get here, get forgotten and move on to the next Bond actor. Craig is awesome actor, but so is Paul Giamatti ...hmm he would probably make a better Bond actually. Daniel Craig bond is 2000' emo, 12 step program, woke, gluten free, vanilla wafer bore. Bond was like the spy superhero of the mid 20th century. Beat em up, crazy car chases, explosions, hot girls, and cool gadgets all while drinking a martini in a white tuxedo that never got dirty. Characters with names like pussy galore, goodnight, Dr No, and Goldfinger. Villains that wanted to blow up the moon or world, not cause ecological damage in the rain-forests or hedge fund petroleum.

Ana de Armas, 32, will grace the silver screen as sultry siren Paloma in the upcoming James Bond film No Time To Die, which hits theaters on November 20. In order to keep all eyes on the film's star Daniel Craig, 52, bosses behind the long-running 007 franchise want Ana to attend the red carpet premiere without her beau Ben Affleck, 47. 'It would be a disaster if it was all about Ben's mushy PDAs with Ana overshadowing the event,' explained a source to The Sun on Saturday. Broccoli does not want any attention diverted from her creation. Image

Clearly, it would upset EON very much if people kept posting lovey-dovey pictures of Affleck and De Armas. Like this one, for example:

That’s funny. Don’t bring you plus one because he’s a bigger star than our star.

Precisely the last thing EON wants is an A-list star on their red carpet distracting from the C-list poster boy they've been throwing ridiculous amounts of cash at for well over a decade. "Daniel who?"
