Thank you my friend! It's comments like yours that keep me going!

Now written! :) I feel better now :jack:
I certainly don't own the patent on rants my friend and reading yours I see I have some stiff competition, well done!

Thank you for your kind words dirtybenny. No need to worry about competition. I'd never match your sheer volume of top quality rants and inspiration and unlike 007 and Triple X, we're not rival companies.

Just saw a Times review for Knives Out on my news feed. The actual review was hidden behind a paywall, but the headline was "Yes, Daniel Craig can be fun", implying that he normally isn't.

The ironic part about the double parked van, is babs went out of her way to make a big deal over a wrap party where her precious Craig was a mumbling drunk

interesting guess they gloss over cubby’s sledged mafia ties.

Also how much Connery actually made even though he was upset they never made him a partner

With the film somewhat five something months apart, you'd think we would've had a trailer by now. Something tells me they're not entirely sure about the vision they're pursuing. Remember when A Reason to Die was the original title and it was vetoed by the Universal executives just hours before announcing the film back in April because it wasn't "strong enough"? A teaser trailer, apparently, was supposedly ready by the end of August. So, how come it's not out yet? It's the title-fancying insecurities all over again.

Just a thought about no time to die teaser poster, I guess they can’t use the 007 logo when they are trying to install a new 007 as Craig’s replacement

I don't know whether the book glosses over them, though they're not mentioned in the review. I suppose a lot depends on how much actual evidence there is. The author (or publisher) may not want to put in anything that can't be backed up in court, for fear of being sued for libel.

I did it, I fell for the clickbait. I saw a story saying that there is evidence that NTTD was not going to be Craig's last Bond after all. My heart sank, but when I clicked the link, the "evidence" turned out to be old comments where people were slightly equivocal about it, like Naomie Harris saying "Who knows?" I was going to post the link, but I decided I didn't want to give them the traffic.

IMO babs think the rest of the world is as invested with Craig bond as she is.
Maybe a few are but I also think she and other promoters forget how much his slit his wrist comments and bitching about being paid millions of dollars actually affected peoples opinion of him

I looked at the MI6 forum and they believe the trailer will be out with Star Wars. Star Wars comes out at Christmas or something.

Bookies William Hill has just announced a "surge of bets" on Richard Madden to take over in Bond 26. A spokesperson said: "Richard Madden ticks all the right boxes when it comes to James Bond so it is easy to see why punters are rushing in to back him to be the next 007 where he is now odds-on in the betting.” The Bodyguard and Game of Thrones star is now sitting pretty ahead of all other contenders on whopping 1-2 odds.--------those odds are ridiculous :!: Who is actually betting on something that only Broccoli has the answer to? Sports betting is one thing, but Bond betting is the dumbest thing to wager on. Image

Absolutely BJ, not only is it stupid but easily rigged, if I were Babz I'd just place a huge bet then pick the long odds runner. I wonder if that's how we got Craig?

Craig did place in the early odd, just sort of appeared one night but even his future fanbots assumed it was a joke ,
Judy drench was sent at one pint to tell everyone to calm down pierce would be back , and babs was supposed to have said about the negotiation with brosnan (which were not happening )something along the lines of if you think this is bad you should have seen my father and roger Moore argue

Oh God, we're back to bookies' odds stories. In two weeks, there will be another story about someone else, mark my words.
