Anyways, the reason I haven't been around as much is because I have been having some health issues-chronic nosebleeds-so have been dealing with that in a big way. Finally saw the doctor 2 days ago and had my nose cauterized which was uncomfortable but hopefully it'll help.

Weak blood vessel. I've always only had nosebleeds from my right nostril. That's where the weak vessel was.
I was stressing out not being able to get in to see the doctor..still am slightly worried about going out in public in case I have another one(which happened to me at Target..that was..interesting.)
Ear Nose and Throat doc(funny story: the doc had all these posters showing how the ear, nose, etc. work..there was one with vocal chords and it reminded me of the opera scene in Sorbet(Hannibal episode)
Sorry you were so sick. I had very bad nose bleeds when I was a teen. Most likely genetic (my Dad had them at the same age) with a mix of bad allergies and the power of southern allergens. What made it worse was our family Doctor kept taking large blood samples to try to find something, what he was really doing was running drug test after test thinking I was snorting some godawful concoction. Not believing me when I said I didn't do drugs. We would go in and I was weak from blood loss to start with then had several veils of blood taken leaving me feeling very very weak. Still hate having blood taken because of those experiences. I can't give blood it just is something I can't do.
Our children are getting to the right age I pray they skip whatever twist of genetics that caused this. It was scarey as hell taking some times hours to completely stop and any slight sneeze could bring it back.
I hope you have this problem beat for good. I was lucky to grow out of mine.
Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.
My latest health thing:Drinking a 20 pus bottle of water with a small capful of cider vinegar poured in. .It's not so bad taste wise but the smell every time you go to take a sip of water...

Got a Fitbit for Christmas..it’s keeping me accountable-and you wouldn’t believe how many steps you get just walking around the house-my daily goal is 10,000 steps(which seems like a lot but it’s easy..for me anyways!)
I got my GF a Apple Watch it keeps count of steps and all kinds of things. She has a Fitbit too, her work has a program that rewards exercise. She didn’t use the Apple Watch at first because she was close to a $500 reward and didn’t want to lose it if the apple watch didn’t track her steps, but now she swapped to the watch and she loves the watch a lot very good at keeping track of all kinds of data.
