Here's the paradox. Given the expectation that this will be Craig's last sort-of-Bond film, the only way we'll get any new recruits now is if he changes his mind and decides to stay on. And surely none of us wants that.

I don't have to tell you this isn't solely a "Craig bashing site" and I highly doubt though naively hopeful EON will course correct once he leaves. So as long as they keep going in the same direction we'll have plenty to talk about. And even if they do suddenly wake up and get back to making proper Bond films, I can't think of a better group of fans to discuss them with.

Nevertheless, it seems unlikely that we would get many new recruits at what we hope will be the end of Craig's run. If, God forbid, his replacement turns out to be as bad or worse, we may get a fresh batch of members. But do we really want that?

I kinda get what you're say Kris, if it's still bad we'll keep on going as we are, but I'm somewhat confused, you also seem to be saying we can't speak positively of EON if they decide to start getting it right. We can evolve into, if we're not already, and I think that we are, a general Bond fan forum.

I suppose it's possible that if someone like Aidan Turner were cast as Bond, we might become just another fan forum. The question would then become how to distinguish ourseves from all the others.

“When I came to the franchise it was in pretty good shape and I need to leave it in pretty good shape,” he said.

“That's all I want to do. So the next person is picking up the baton.”

Pressed on whether Bond 25 is definitely his finale, he smiled: “Maybe” - quickly adding definitively: “Yeah, no, it is.”

Avoid trivial receipts. Scientists previously found that BPA (Bisphenol A) coated on thermal cash-register receipts readily seeps through your skin. Avoid this unnecessary exposure to the chemical and say “No receipt, please”. If needed for tax purposes use your camera and take a pic. Avoid canned foods. Choose fresh or frozen options to avoid BPA or similar chemicals. Avoid dental sealants on children too.

I still think Craig will be back in four years time, filming a Bond with his crewcut and sunglasses.

Producer Broccoli told the Press Association: “He's saying it’s his last film, but I hope it’s not, we’ll have to wait and see.”-----the moron is leaving it up to her muse to decide when and if he will return :!: Broccoli is a deranged moron :!:

Thought of Sweeney since apparently the volcano in Iceland is becoming active again. I’ve always wanted to go to Iceland but that-and the fact that it stays light until the middle of the night-give me pause.

100% here, too, though it was pretty easy. Some of the wrong answers were so ridiculous that I think you'd be able to guess the title even if you'd never heard of the movie.

There actually is a competition running at the moment with that as the prize.
