Moore could make the worst and most bastardized of the lines illuminatingly amusing. Normally, some of his lines, when uttered by someone else would've made one come off as a sleazy prick, but Moore makes it funny which makes him comically likable in return. It's all about having the natural quality, and Moore is the king of the charming lead template.

Well said, J.P.!

I'm trying to picture Moore in some of the other GoldenEye dialog. I wonder if Dench called his Bond a "sexist, misogynist dinosaur. A relic of the Cold War..." if he might've ad libbed some witty comeback.

I think he'd have given one of his trademark raised eyebrows.

I dread to think what Connery's Bond would have done!

Who's next?

Does that count as two words? By the way it's getting really really hard now not to repeat ones we've already done.

Not Bond
“I'd like to thank the Royal Marines for bringing me in like that and scaring the s--- out of me,” Bond Hardman Daniel Craig.
