I happened to put on the Tony awards on CBS tonight when Robert De Niro walked out and bashed Trump from the start to the point CBS silenced his "f--k" rant :!: That was his pre-arranged mission by the producers. The elitist liberal bastions of hatred all stood up and cheered to this :!: They don't understand that they are fomenting their own demise in Hollywood, as I am sure the ratings for this pile of garbage show will be minuscule, as usual. These Tony awards people are the most disgusting and demented individuals that exist and I can honestly say they have earned their loathing by the majority of the country, outside of California and New York :!: Image

I didn't even know the Tony Awards were televised. How much did they pay you to give them this publicity ;)

Warning :!: The video contains cursing :!: This video is why people hate the elitist Hollywood/artsy crowds with their group think hatred when they do not get their way. De Niro's career was over long before this outburst, but now his fate is sealed and he is toxic to the rest of this country :!:

The Wests tried their best to keep up with the Kardashians last night on the season premiere of “Celebrity Family Feud.” Even bigger than those Thanksgiving bragging rights, the Steve Harvey-hosted game show carried ABC to a primetime ratings victory over CBS’ Tony Awards :!:

Well, I can't imagine De Niro's outburst had anything to do with that, at least not in the overnights, unless viewers somehow knew it was coming.

From TV By the Numbers:

CBS’ broadcast of the Tony Awards was up slightly over last year, scoring a 1.0 in adults 18-49 and 6.32 million viewers vs. 0.9 and 6.05 million in 2017.

I did not like the idea of Robert De Niro's plans for a resort on Barbuda. The people of the island own the land but he wants to build a luxury resort.

https://theintercept.com/2018/01/23/rob ... cane-irma/

A chorus of voices from the Caribbean island of Barbuda is accusing Robert De Niro of being part of a backroom effort to exploit a devastating hurricane to fundamentally change the island’s communal land ownership law in the interest of developers — changes opposed by many Barbudans, but which could aid the actor’s controversial plans to build a large luxury resort called Paradise Found Nobu.

Maybe Craig can have a pair of glasses on a piece of string in the next Bond. He could be running an antiques shop in London.

John Travolta's new movie "Gotti" hit rock bottom faster than a cinderblock tied to a body being thrown into a river.

"Gotti" has scored a zero percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes from film critics, a rare feat managed by only a few dozen movies. At the time of this writing, only 17 reviews have been counted for the film, so the film's fortune could change. But, as of now, all reviews of the Travolta film are currently are rotten :!:

Just went shopping downtown and there was a violinist playing as a fundraiser for a local hospital. I was rather surprised to hear Licence To Kill among her repertoire.

Temple of Doom is actually a prequel to Raiders of the Lost Ark and is set in 1935 while Raiders is set in 1936. Therefore during the course of the film Indy has not yet discovered the Ark of the Covenant.

worked for Disney.
Some of the terms the potter world uses are generic and used before potter became big so there’s a lot of leeway for a “ celebration of magic” , I don’t think this will help WB build the brand that only has fantastic beasts and old catalogue titles, just like lawsuits against people downloading music backfired on the industry. It gives people a bad feeling about the company trying to exploit them.

What does WB do about hobbit and LoTR fans and New Zealand tours?
