Bear in mind that $15 million is lower than Skyfall's 4th weekend total.

Correct Kris. The drop off will be precipitous, as we all predicted here.

ok done some searching , I found a place with the numbers from China , problems is running it through a translator

On news story said it (007 ghost party) sold 9.8 million tickets .

The main resource has first week at 308million yuan first week, 474million total ($74 million?) . Looks like the attendance is dropping off quickly.

I dint know hunger games was playing there , in the translation it's hunger games ridicule bird :)

I'm not surprised at the up tick in Saturday . Snoopy will be big too saw parents and kids again streaming in to early showings yesterday.
I'm starting to see the fail. Struggling to keep pace with qos , I'd never thought I'd see it, beyond all else it means sp is losing audience by the boat load each day . Usually bond movies keep the weekday attendance even if the lose the weekend number 1.

Sf -$315 million 2015 money
Qos -$195 million 2015
Cr - $212 million 2015
DAD -$239 million 2015

Boxoffice.com: After leading the box office for the previous two weeks, Spectre fell to second place this weekend with an estimated $14.6 million. The latest installment of Sony and MGM's James Bond franchise was down a sharp 57 percent from last weekend. This weekend's hold was especially lackluster given that Mockingjay - Part 2 wasn't as dominant as previous Huger Games films have been. Spectre continues to perform on the very low end of expectations with a 17-day take of $153.70 million. That places the film just 9 percent ahead of the $141.42 million 17-day gross of 2008's Quantum of Solace and "30.5" percent  behind the $221.14 million 17-day take of 2012's Skyfall (though it should be noted that the third weekends for both Quantum of Solace and Skyfall fell over Thanksgiving weekend).

In 2012, Skyfall's third weekend was $35.5 million, down just 14 percent from its second weekend.

That's around a 75% second weekend drop, by my rough calculation.

Spectre targeted an additional $65.7 million from 92 total markets this weekend, lifting the overseas total to $524.1 million and the global haul to $677.8 million after four weeks of release. India was the sole opener and found $4.8 million including previews to best the 4-day opening of Skyfall in just 3 days. China had a brutal second weekend in the face of local (Our Times) and Hollywood (Mockingjay: Part 2) competition, plummeting 75% for $12.2 million. Spectre’s 10-day cume in the Middle Kingdom is $77.5 million. Spectre’s top 10 markets are: UK/Ireland ($130.5M), China ($77.5M), Germany ($50.7M), Grance ($22.6M), Australia ($14.8M), Netherlands ($14.2M), Russia ($12.3M), Italy ($12.1M), Denmark ($11.8M), and South Korea ($11.3M). The final territory to release is Japan on December 4.

UK box office is at an estimated $130.5 mil............which when all is said and done, will probably be around $128 mil actual.

Yes.....SP has done its best in China........like most places the reviews were meh.......it is expected to finish there around $90 mil.

Did u see i posted a Chinese BO link for you above?

The terror attacks in France, have literally killed off BO for all films there.

It looks like it will be between you and me Mr O, as to who is the closest with the BO estimate for SP...........but we will have to wait weeks yet, until all the tiny sums of money are added up! :)
