Goldfinger really isn't that good people. Yes it is one of the better films. But I do feel it's overrated at times.
Certainly not the best ever Bond film.

I used to think GF was overrated as well. To an extent I still feel that way, but it's grown very nicely for me to the point I can enjoy it on the whole. The only bits that really irks me is the stupid caddy and gangsters.

"OH YA CRAFTY 'OL, HO HO!"
"WHADDYA TRYIN' TA PULL GULD FEENGAH?"

Stupid. Almost Moore-territory, but that's Guy Hamilton's humor which would explode in the 70s.
