I'm a bit sad really. No more ITV 00 Heaven, sponsored by Martini.
And yes, I do have all the films on DVD, but still...

With speeded up end credits and an annoying voice-over saying what's coming on next on TV....Kristatos wrote:And a commercial break whenever it starts to get exciting.carl stromberg wrote:Is there a special channel where you can watch them in 4: 3 with lots of cuts>
Re: Sky to Launch James Bond Channel
Seriously, though, how do they plan to launch a channel with only 48 hours or so of programming? 22 films played in endless rotation would appear to have something of a limited shelf life.

I'd bet it's only going to be an channel for the month of October. I can't see it being a full time deal.
It'd be like one of those shops specializing in Christmas supplies year round.

Yeah, even if they show all the documentaries that appear as DVD extras and so forth, I can't see it lasting long as a dedicated channel.

Re: Sky to Launch James Bond Channel
If it is a 24-7 Bond channel yikes! I can't imagine it I can see it turning a lot of people off Bond because of the monotony. It gets bad here where a channel does marathon or a month of movies.
