TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Spend the weekend with James Bond beginning Friday February 24 at 8pm ET on MGM Channel as Hollywood Suite pays homage to the 50th Anniversary of James Bond.

Only Hollywood Suite viewers can tune into a weekend marathon of the secret agent on MGM Channel as ten classic Bond movies air all weekend long. MGM Channel is one of four new HD movie channels in the Hollywood Suite, collectively featuring 450 commercial-free HD movies 24/7 every month, uncut and unedited.

"Hollywood Suite's exclusive weekend-long Bondathon offers only our subscribers a chance to experience the original suave British secret agent fondly known as 007 and what we feel are some of the best titles of the 007 franchise" says Ellen Baine, VP of Programming, Hollywood Suite.

Your 007 weekend kicks off on Friday February 24 at 8pm with the original James Bond, Sean Connery, in Dr. No (1962), followed by From Russia With Love (1963) at 10pm, Goldfinger (1965) at midnight and Thunderball (1965) at 2am.

On Saturday February 25, viewers can watch Roger Moore as Bond in For Your Eyes Only (1981), at 8pm, The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) at 10:10pm, Octopussy (1983) at 12:20am and A View To Kill (1985), the last Bond film to star Roger Moore, at 2:35 am.

On Sunday February 26, the Bondathon continues with Timothy Dalton's first outing as 007 in The Living Daylights (1987) at 9:05pm followed by License To Kill (1985) at 11:20pm.

Favorite Bond Movie: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible, Kingsman: The Secret Service and The November Man or any upcoming actioners starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good since it will help him expand his reputation as an actor especially in the action realm)
