Nice offer. Though I do despise the likes of TWINE and TND being considered "classic" Bond films. They're anything but that.

I suppose you could think of it in the sense of Classic Who vs Nu Who, or classic cars, where the term refers to an era rather than being any indication of quality.

The only true classic Bond films are the Connery films, anything else titled such is a flat out lie.

Yes, Yes, and there is only one god and Craig is his prophet
I wouldn't go so fare in giving Connery a pass, there is YOLT, DAF, & NSNA, that's 3 out of 21. I would include Dalton and most of Brosnan's in the classic modifier. Moore & Lazenby I am not sure of because I have not seen them except in bits and pieces.

I only agree with NSNA, what a dull film. Dalton's I can't include because of John Glen's incompetence ruining what could have been two truly brilliant films. Brosnan's films? Don't make me laugh. And you have only seen "bits and pieces" of Moore & Lazenby?! Given this post is a couple of months old, I sure hope you caught up! They both have very good entries (or non-plural in Lazenby's case). Still, I wouldn't call them classics. Again. No Connery = No Classic.
