Sounds Bondian only one word can describe it.Monotonous.If the bar is to better than another way to die congratulations it's a girl.

Skyfall is a generic 'Bond song' that I would give a C+ for effort. At least it's not Madonna / DAD. The plus it has is the Bond theme is used as a shadow. Other than that, it's an easy song to write. There's nothing original about it. It's not YOLT, which is a great song period, and a great Bond song. I also don't care much for Adelle's voice. I did hear the almost-Bond theme by "Blondie" Debbie Harry. That's a good song; I like Blondie. DH said the Bond producers wanted only her, but she said the other band members would have to be in, so she said no. Class. :cheers: Also, from that era, The Pretenders would probably have been able to write a fine Bond song. Too bad the songwriting nowadays doesn't cut it.
