Re: Q
Q looks like a 13 year old and a stereotype young nerd obsessed with technology and Daniel Craig looks like a corpse. Thank you Barbara Broccoli.

Re: Q
He does look stereotypical, I'm not happy bout this. I don't dislike the young man but Q is someone special
Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

Re: Q
Is the new Q meant to be the Desmond Llewellyn Q early in his career?

Maybe it is Daniel Craig's waxwork in the background?katied wrote:DC looks completely bored-like he was forced to be there by M.
I remember Frosty called Daniel Craig the most wooden spy since Joe 90.

Re: Q
This new Q would look more suitable in a Harry Potter film. I don't understand why all the characters need to suddenly be reinvented, they were all perfectly fine as they were before.

Re: Q
He's really young Tom Riddle and has crossed over into the Bond world after Harry Potter killed his last horcrux Nagini. They did not want to tell us this until the Bond 23 film was released.

Re: Q
From what I've seen in the trailers I like the new Q so far and hope this is the kind of wit we'll be getting in SF.

Re: Q
Who knows what Moneypenny will look like once her character has been reinvented. Did we honestly need this? I personally haven't heard anyone complaining about the way Q and Moneypenny were before.

Re: Q
It will be hinted at by eon as causing a bit of a racket, then again a toddler as q wouldn't be out of place in creggs bond.katied wrote:In the next reboot of Bond, Q will be a toddler
I bet when sf is out a lot of people will throw around the same bs statement ie this's what qs supposed to be like and he's supposed to be younger just like bonds meant to be a complete psychopathic nutjob that wouldn't be too far off being called the guy from psycho, suave why ofc look at how he completely dismisses his signature drink by saying he doesn't give a d**n, suddenly falling in love with someone because the script says they have to not because it felt natural, enjoying getting hit by a carpet and sounding like he's getting off on it, this is what it's come to, do we really want to see a complete psychopathic, off his trolley bond who gets off getting hits by carpets or do we want the guy back who everyone wanted to be, who did what we couldn't, made quips, always adjusted his tie after a fight, used gadgets and was larger than life instead of life and everyone being larger than him.
Real bond: Connery - Brosnan, New bond: a guy who has no remorse, has little touch with reality and gets off on carpets.
Bond....James bond....Rest in peace (1964-2002)
