Well, she was a naval officer, so it's not completely out of character. But I hope it's not true. So far, none of the stories about Eve becoming Moneypenny appear to have come from sources actually associated with the production, so until I see it in an official press release, or possibly a leaked document such as the call sheets, I remain skeptical.
