Not looking forward to it because Craig's in it! Yuck! I only get to see Casino Royale and Solace of Something on cable this year and didn't like both, 4 hours of my life wasted!!! Bring us a new Bond!
Re: Bond 23 to start where QoS ends
After QOS,the idea of having another ""continuation" beginning sounds like a bad idea.

It will probably be best to not do a continuation. After a four year hiatus it isn't likely. Plus the Vesper storyline has been resolved. They can approach the QUANTUM arc like the 60s films did with SPECTRE, one mission at a time. In a recent interview with Craig he said the next one would be a lot more of a classic Bond movie than the last two.

Except it won't have a "classic Bond"/stockslivevan wrote:It will probably be best to not do a continuation. After a four year hiatus it isn't likely. Plus the Vesper storyline has been resolved. Quantum arc? That lame idea should be ditched.

'My name's Bond, James Bond'.
'My name's Bond, James Bond'.
Re: Bond 23 to start where QoS ends
Eh why keep Quantum going.Especially given the fact that the guy who plays Mr. White isn't coming back. They need to just kill him off(a offhand mention of it would suffice).
Re: Bond 23 to start where QoS ends
Or just forget about them like they forgot about SPECTRE (for legal reasons). I don't think we really need to see Mr White being dropped down a chimney after offering to buy Bond a delicatessen in stainless steel.katied wrote:Eh why keep Quantum going.Especially given the fact that the guy who plays Mr. White isn't coming back. They need to just kill him off(a offhand mention of it would suffice).

That god we'll never see SPECTRE again. As far as Quantum..it's reached its conclusion.Especially if we're going to have more villains like Dominic Greene.

IMO there hasn't been a classic Bond since Connery.Roger Devereau wrote:Except it won't have a "classic Bond"/stockslivevan wrote:It will probably be best to not do a continuation. I think there is a style of movie for Bond that the Connery ones started and that stlye is in all of them up to to the Brosnan era when, as the producers will admit, they changed it with the Daniel Craig era. Of course the Connery ones are the classic ones.stockslivevan wrote:IMO there hasn't been a classic Bond since Connery.Roger Devereau wrote:Except it won't have a "classic Bond"/stockslivevan wrote:It will probably be best to not do a continuation.
