President Joe Biden acknowledged Thursday that a document with classified markings from his time as vice president was found in his “personal library” at his home in Wilmington, Delaware, along with other documents found in his garage. Biden told reporters at the White House that he is “cooperating fully and completely” with a Justice Department investigation into how classified information and government records made their way to his home and the office of his former institute in Washington. Biden did not say when the latest series of documents were found, only that his lawyers' review of potential storage locations was completed Wednesday night. Lawyers found the first set on Nov. 2, days before the midterm elections, but only publicly revealed that development Monday.......this was the 3rd location they found classified documents. How many more places will they look at and why not storm Biden's owned properties and tear them apart to look?

Lisa Marie Presley reportedly was rushed to a hospital Thursday after suffering cardiac arrest. EMTs responded to a call reporting a possible cardiac arrest at Presley’s home in Calabasas, Calif., and upon arrival, paramedics performed CPR on the 54-year-old and administered epinephrine, TMZ reported, citing sources. The outlet noted that first responders were able to find a pulse before Presley was transported to a nearby hospital.

Four migrants who were busted for allegedly shoplifting at a Long Island Macy’s after being bused to the Big Apple from Texas won’t face deportation — unless they’re convicted, sources and legal experts said Tuesday. The men, who are charged with stealing more than $12,000 in merchandise from Macy’s Roosevelt Field earlier this month, are getting a break because they are asylum seekers, not illegal immigrants who crossed the US border.

“They are given the benefit of the doubt :hair: because they have a pending application with the [US Citizenship and Immigration Services],” Queens-based immigration lawyer Luis Nicho told The Post.

At midnight Tuesday, AT&T's DirecTV cut Newsmax's signal, immediately shutting the network off from more than 13 million customers of the satellite service, DirecTV Stream, and U-Verse. :cuss: This is the second time in the past year AT&T has moved to cancel a conservative channel, with DirecTV deplatforming OAN in April. Despite Newsmax being the 4th highest-rated cable news channel in the nation, a top 20 cable news channel overall, and watched by 25 million Americans on cable alone, according to Nielsen, DirecTV said it was taking the step as a "cost-cutting" measure and would never pay Newsmax a cable license fee.

Most drugs advertised on television don't work better than existing alternatives, a new analysis shows. And manufacturers spend more on advertising for those less beneficial drugs than for ones that work better.

"One explanation might be that drugs with substantial therapeutic value are likely to be recognized and prescribed without advertising, so manufacturers have greater incentive to promote drugs of lesser value," wrote the authors of the study, published last week in JAMA Open Network . More than 70% of the advertised drugs studied had a low benefit compared to alternatives, while 29% had a high benefit.

If you smoke, vape, or ingest cannabis, your anesthesiologist should know before you undergo a surgical procedure, according to new medical guidelines.
All patients who undergo procedures that require regional or general anesthesia should be asked if, how often, and in what forms they use the drug, according to recommendations from the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA). One reason: Patients who regularly use cannabis may experience worse pain and nausea after surgery and may require more opioid analgesia, the group said....so not only does cannabis affect the brain cells it causes post-operative issues as well! Keep pushing this as a recreational wonder and watch the long term effects on society.

Fortunately, I don't do any of those things.

DirecTV claimed both Newsmax and OAN were removed as "cost-cutting" measures.

At the same time, the service continues to carry 22 left-leaning news channels, many with much lower ratings than Newsmax. All of those channels get hefty license fees, all higher than what Newsmax was seeking.

"DirecTV's position has always been that Newsmax — of all cable news channels — should never get any cable fee whatsoever, not one penny," Newsmax CEO Chris Ruddy said.

Ruddy said AT&T's targeting of Newsmax for unequal treatment is "an act of political discrimination and blatant censorship."

An elevated rate of Bell’s palsy, a type of facial paralysis, was identified among elderly people after COVID-19 vaccination with a Pfizer booster shot, U.S. regulators said in a new study. The “small but statistically significant elevation” was detected after vaccination with Pfizer’s old booster shot, which is no longer available in the United States, researchers with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said in a preprint study. The elevated rate resulted in an adjusted incidence rate ratio of 1.13 and remained consistent when researchers adjusted for different factors, such as prior COVID-19 infection. A rate above one shows a possible connection between the vaccine and an adverse event.

•An increased risk of stroke events has been identified with the Pfizer COVID-19 bivalent vaccine, according to a joint statement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
•The onset time in people aged 65 years and older was 1–21 days after the booster, with a significant cluster of events observed 11–21 days after the booster.
•Sixty-four percent had received the flu vaccine on the same day as the COVID-19 booster.
•The bivalent booster contains the code of the spike protein, contributing to the increased risk of blood clots. High-risk people should avoid the boosters
VSD data analysis showed that three people experienced a stroke after receiving the Pfizer booster and a standard dose of flu vaccine on the same day. By contrast, 40 people who received the Pfizer booster and a high-dose or adjuvant flu vaccine on the same day experienced a stroke. Sixty older adults experienced a stroke after receiving only the COVID-19 booster.
Receiving a high dose or adjuvanted flu shot on the same day seemed to double the risk of stroke.

Ruling out aliens? Senior U.S. general says not ruling out anything yet
By Phil Stewart and Idrees Ali
WASHINGTON, Feb 12 (Reuters) - The U.S. Air Force general overseeing North American airspace said on Sunday after a series of shoot-downs of unidentified objects that he would not rule out aliens or any other explanation yet, deferring to U.S. intelligence experts.

Asked whether he had ruled out an extraterrestrial origin for three airborne objects shot down by U.S. warplanes in as many days, General Glen VanHerck said: "I'll let the intel community and the counterintelligence community figure that out. I haven't ruled out anything."

A spate of nine whale deaths in New York and New Jersey in the last two months have prompted several New Jersey GOP lawmakers to question whether the deaths were linked to development of a major proposed offshore wind farm in the area.

Former acting CIA director Mike Morell has testified that he organized 50 of his colleagues in the intelligence community to sign a letter in October 2020 claiming that emails from Hunter Biden's laptop were Russian disinformation after Joe Biden's presidential campaign sought his help — and said that campaign official Antony Blinken, now the Secretary of State, was the person who reached out to him!----the CIA is corrupt!

Following his death, social media posts surfaced in which Cabrera Adames suggested he developed the rare heart disease after he received two doses of a COVID vaccine.

"I got a d**n Myocarditis from taking a f---ing vaccine. (I got 2 doses of Pfizer) And I knew it! Many people warned me," Cabrera Adames wrote on social media. https://nypost.com/2023/06/24/pro-baske ... rt-attack/
