I can't believe it is 3 years.
It's been a fun forum. We took on the Craig as Bond fans who thought the Craig critics had been beaten and created a fun forum (although there has been some flaming and arguments along the way) with some good debates.
Here's to more fun and Craig as Bond resistance!

Happy anniversary!
Good to have fan friendly forum around. The other 007 sites seem to be stuck in mindset of being yes men for the company. I get spam in my inbox celebrating the official hiring of the Bond 23 director who really wasn't hired as it turned out. They went even lower, not all that long ago they were trying sell copies of qos with spam pushing online viewing parties, it wasn't about fans getting together to talk about the new movie it was these guys doing their part to promote the company they are too afraid to go against.
How far in the tank does it have to go before everybody else sees them as they are?

Sorry guys, but that's a terrible banner. The image is obviously reversed and to have Connery shoved back that far instead of being at the front is blasphemous. Heck Connery looks the worst photoshopped of all. I'd have the line up organized like this:
(from right to left)
Back row: Dalton, Lazenby
Middle row: Moore, Brosnan
Front row: Connery (and Craig if you're having a change of heart )
The old banner with the illustrations was better. New one is ugly.

I like the new banner. I think it looks nice and makes it clear what the forum is about instead of who it is against.
But they probably change it again sometime soon.

I was actually a little surprised to find the new banner up, cause all we had agreed on was the lettering and phrasing. The image was a work progress and only supposed to be a stand in representing essentially what were were looking for.
But no worries. We keep going and do what we can trying to make things nicer as we go.

If you click on the banner, the Bonds are rotated and a different Bond moves to the middle each time.stockslivevan wrote:Sorry guys, but that's a terrible banner. If the Daniel Craig gay rumours turn out to be true I think we should change the name of the forum to the "Straight Bond Forum".

I agree. Connery should be front and center, not shoved all the way in the back with George Lazenby.stockslivevan wrote:Sorry guys, but that's a terrible banner.

Congratulations on 4 years
(As an aside- DC was seen making out with Rachel Weisz the other day. At the very least he's bi-curious )
