Anyone here watch Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles?
Re: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
I did, when it was on. Is it back? I understand it's been commissioned for a second season.

Great show to watch but I feel weird about the casting of Sarah Connor.
Re: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Linda Hamilton is probably too old now. Plus, I don't know if James Cameron had any connection to the TV series, but she might not want to work with him again after their relationship breakup.FormerBondFan wrote:Great show to watch but I feel weird about the casting of Sarah Connor.

This might explain why she didn't return in T3.Kristatos wrote:Plus, I don't know if James Cameron had any connection to the TV series, but she might not want to work with him again after their relationship breakup.

Hamilton got the rights to the Terminator series through divorce and then put it up for auction. So it's quite obvious you won't see those two working together again.
And I lost interest in the TV show after the pilot.

Re: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
I saw it, can't say I cared for it.
John Conner reverted from the kid he was in t2 to whatever kid that was supposed to be in the series. from what i saw the terminators were kind of lame. the actors playing them were weak choices IMHO GEICO ad tough
In my mind Arnold is what other terminators should look and act like. A long with the liquid guy adn the chick form t3.
I guess it a good way to spend a hour if nothing else is on. They were entertaining I'll give them that.

Today's News: Our Take - Future Locked: Sarah Connor Secures Full-Season Order
By Matt Mitovich Mon Oct 20, 9:47 PM PDT
The future for Sarah Connor, if not her boy John, looks bright… er.
Despite somewhat wavering ratings during its second cycle, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles was granted by Fox a full-season order late Friday night.
In its most recent, pre-MLB playoffs outing, T:SCC reversed a downward slide by gaining more than a quarter-million viewers, bringing its audience close to the six mil mark — and nearly matching that of critical darling Chuck.
Thus far this season, Fox has greenlit the far-out freshman drama Fringe for a full season and shelved the sit(non)com Do Not Disturb after a handful of episodes.

I watched it, but I'm not all that sorry to see it go. Whilst there were some very good epsodes, a lot of them seemed like filler, which is hardly a good sign considering it was only in its second season.Dr. No wrote:Terminated!
