Tim Kaine Once Said Cheating Politicians Should Resign—Including Bill Clinton
The Democratic vice presidential candidate is pretty much part of the Clinton family at this point. But in 2002, he said Bill Clinton should have stepped down in the wake of his affair with a White House intern.
Bill Clinton should have resigned over the Monica Lewinsky scandal—at least, that’s a view Tim Kaine once held.
Kaine’s remark—reported 14 years ago in the Richmond Times-Dispatch in the aftermath of a state-level sex scandal—hasn’t drawn any attention thus far in the 2016 presidential cycle. But it suggests Hillary Clinton’s running mate at one point harbored reservations about the integrity of the man poised to become the country’s first first gentleman.

I dunno anyone is paying attention to VPs this time around Biden is such a idiot nobody reacts to him anymore. I couldn't tell you who the two white bread uninteresting a VPs are.

What is more awkward is everything out of trump and clintons mouth contradicts something else they said on record some time.

Biggest problem with Bill Clinton being back in the white hose is he would victimize two more generations of young women. How the hell did these feminist give him a pass in the 90s? More then this they help protect him! He was a text book case of a sexual predator!

I understand why they did/do it. It's political BS, he was the Same party. Same reason the Kennedys got away with it. I'm so over the political parties and all the importance given to them in the news everyday. All The government does is calculate outcomes on political grounds instead of what best for everyone, or the nation.

Obamacare, crap law ,crap coverage, most people still can't afford to get sick, but it met political goals of the democrats and the insurance industry.

It recently hit me how screwed so many of us are, people I went to school with are stuck in the same dead end their parents and grandparents were. There's no opportunity, no government program, no educational loans, nobody is coming to save them no different than the inner cities. And we all should sit on pins and needles wondering what the democrats and republicans have up their sleeves?

My health insurance has gone up every year of the law, before it was more or less steady.

About half the Faux Bathroom scandal, I don't think anyone wants to Single out people with real gender identity issues. Problem is they true number this affects is a fraction of a percent, the number who'd have this exact problem even Lower and the number of sexual predators is much higher. These pushes by the Feds will end up endangering the young women and children who should be protected. The legacy will be written in the scared lives of the innocents Obama failed to protect. Harsh but true IMO.

Thing about trying to quickly normalize the gay community and transsexuals is like straight people a certain number of them will be f'ed up people who need to be kept away from society.

I'm all for equal treatment but it goes both ways. There were coaches who got away for years abusing young men under them because when they were caught there was too big a stigma about condemning them legally because it would be considered anti-gay. Who cares about the lives ruined right? The answer should be we are fine if the coach is gay/bi/other, once he had inappropriate relations with students he's done. Didn't happen that way.

IMO problem with these presidential proclamations is it is impossible to expect reasonable behavior from a species where our sex drive causes us to constantly act contrary to logic.

Funny detail about all the hype about Hillary's Jimmy Kimmel low ratings, first I'm not sure what his ratings normally are but robot chicken and mike Tyson mysteries (both very funny shows) are old reruns .

Hillary Clinton's decision to use BleachBit to scrub her private email server could have been based on the fact that the free software can be downloaded and used with complete anonymity, the program's developer said.

there are a bunch of programs that do this. Actually I don't believe for one minute the data is gone, not in the server handed over, sure, but somebody has it. Personally if I had any bombshells to drop on Clinton and trump I'd do it in October

A new Washington Post-ABC News poll shows 41 percent of Americans have a favorable impression of Clinton, while 56 percent have an unfavorable one.

That's the worst image Clinton has had in her quarter-century in national public life. Her previous low favorable rating this year was in July, when it was 42 percent, lower than any mark in historical Post-ABC polls except a few points in the 1990s when a large share of the public had no opinion of her. Her previous high for unfavorable views was in June, when 55 percent disliked Clinton.

Trump, of course, has long been the more unpopular of the two presidential nominees, and he remains so; 35 percent of Americans have a favorable impression of him, compared to 63 percent unfavorable.

But if you look just at registered voters, the new poll actually shows Clinton's image is about as bad as Trump's, with 38 percent having a favorable impression and 59 percent unfavorable, compared to a 37/60 split for Trump.

Clinton's numbers serve as a reminder that Trump's unpopularity isn't prohibitive, largely because Americans -- and specifically registered voters -- don't much like Clinton either.

I think it was Trevor Noah (or one of his writers) who said that Clinton and Trump are both running against the only person either of them could possibly beat.

honestly that may be the best insight to this election .

Although I don't think it matters who Hillary ran against (unless it was another democrat which Sanders was not) the press would be helping her. I knew people who thought John McCain had a real chance with the press because he was a "good" republican the press liked and s guy who fought the party at times. As soon as he was nominated he was the biggest SOB to run for president our nation has ever seen, according to the press.

His VP pick was Joe Biden in a skirt. I know some try to blame her for him losing, but McCain the guy who suspended his campaign at the wrong time as the economy collapsed.

I knew he was sunk early on when a leader of Indian rights group (some prefer Indian to Native American) was endorsing Obama. McCain is great on native rights, he has done a lot for native people but the groups think of "hey were oppressed the democrats fight for us " was too strong. Thing to me is both party's do they same thing they promise all kinds of help that never arrives.

Dr. Drew Pinsky, the physician and addiction specialist who hosted a popular medical advice show on a sister network of CNN, was recently fired after speculating negatively on Hillary Clinton's health and medical care. Earlier last month, Dr. Pinsky appeared on KABC radio's "McIntyre in the Morning" and revealed he and other doctors had reviewed medical evaluations of Clinton's health that had been released by her campaign. "Based on the information that she has provided and her doctors have provided, we were gravely concerned not just about her health, but her health care," Pinsky said in a transcript of the show provided by The Washington Free Beacon. "Both of us concluded that if we were providing the care that she was receiving, we'd be ashamed to show up in a doctor's lounge. We'd be laughed out. She's receiving sort of 1950-level care, by our evaluation."
