Until he thinks it's a great idea to introduce the "James Bond is a codename" and attempts to film a scene with Bond holding a photo of Connery as his father, I doubt he'll bee the new Tamahori. :P

I think because he's unmarried and has a shaven head. As far as I'm concerned, his sexual preference is his own business, provided he doesn't try to force a Russell T Davis-style gay agenda onto the Bond films.
