I'm no expert in cover designs, but would a Bond novel have had such a downbeat cover? It looks like something by that pulp author (forget his name) who wrote all the Skinhead novels.

If you look at the Pan 60's books, they were all pretty downbeat. You are right about the skinhead reference though, so I removed the flag and put a lizard there instead....

Not bad Sweeney! I guess everybody here has some talent for compute art but me..

OHMSS had a very drab cover. So yours isn't too far off in not slightly better IMHO.
