Sir Roger Moore plans autobiography

Sir Roger Moore is planning to publish his autobiography.

The former James Bond actor, 79, is in talks with publishers and is said to be asking for a £1 million payment.

Written over the past two years, the book apparently includes details of his love life, early career as a male model and his four marriages. Sir Roger also overcame prostate cancer in 1993.

An announcement on details of the book's release is expected later this week, according to the Sunday Mirror.

A publishing source commented: "There's a lot of excitement about Roger Moore's life story.

"Everyone's waiting to see how much it goes for. This will be one of the great showbiz autobiographies."
