Attacking one of these sharks probably gave Pierce some more street cred in Hollywood. It seems to be the popular thing to do.

At least the prosecutors had the good sense not to prosecute.
Wednesday, November 28, 2007: (Malibu):
Pierce Brosnan won't be charged for getting into a scuffle with a photographer last month in Malibu, authorities said.
"There is insufficient evidence to prove this case to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt," prosecutor James Garrison said in declining to file a battery charge.
Brosnan spokeswoman Jennifer Allen said she had not heard about the decision.
The sheriff's department investigated after the ex-James Bond and former "Remington Steele" star got into a shoving match with a photographer Oct 26 outside a Mexican restaurant.
