This is an oldish video, from last November, but I thought people might like to see the work that Pierce is doing (along with Hayden Panettiere and Isabel Lucas) towards a cause he is passionate about, marine mammal conservation. Pierce appears towards the end (don't worry, the video is only 1:23 long).

He always took time to really contribute to these kind of causes.

Does anyone know whether he became interested in the cause due to narrating the American TV version of The Blue Planet, or did he get that gig due to his interest in whale and dolphin conservation?

thought he always had a interest in environmental causes, for GE he skipped the French opening for greenpeace. But maybe the blue planet got him involved more. I wonder.Kristatos wrote:Does anyone know whether he became interested in the cause due to narrating the American TV version of The Blue Planet, or did he get that gig due to his interest in whale and dolphin conservation?
Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

Apparently, yesterday was World Oceans Day. Shame I missed the story, as I'd imagine Pierce was involved somehow.
