Casino Royale star Daniel Craig has started working out again after admitting he let himself go after playing James Bond on the big screen.

The British movie hunk shocked reporters at the Cannes Film Festival in France when he appeared heavier than his beefcake Bond.

And he accepted he needs to get fit to play Bond again.

He said, "I had some down time and I got to enjoy myself a bit. I'm getting back into shape now, I'm kind of building myself up again." (

I hope that site you linked this news item from doesn't give my computer a virus carl. Looked a bit dodgy.
But to reply to Craigs flab, well I think he is allowed to enjoy the time between films surely. He's only James Bond when he's making the film. Not all the time.
When Bond 22 starts shooting early next year, I'm sure he'll be much the same as we got in Casino Royale.
