Maybe this Spyfall is a motion capture film and they intend to use computer generate characters like Avatar to bring back Connery.Kristatos wrote:Or, even better, turns into Connery in his prime.Kristatos wrote: Perhaps they will produce an ad where Daniel Craig drinks a pint of Heineken and becomes a suave, sophisticated character. I don't think people got bear joke because the internet has become the rule of the typo people see an incorrect word and assume the one you intended thinking it was a auto spellchecker error thank you apple and droid.

Roger Ebert on Beer, Beer Bond.

Home Brew! I like it .
There is a Hitler rant put together by the blokes on MI6.
I kind of see it both way, Bond is already a Neanderthal why does sipping a beer while holding the label out to the screen for all to see matter. And I get the it is a bridge too far, too.

Ex-James Bond OUTRAGEDOver Heineken Deal --New 007's a Sellout!!!
They don't make 'em like they used to -- at least according to the guy who played James Bond in 1969, who's pissed the new Bond film has axed 007's signature martini ... in favor of a corporate-sponsored beer.
......
Devoted Bond fans everywhere are pissed -- a list that includes former James Bond actor George Lazenby, who played 007 in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service."
Lazenby tells us, cutting the martini in favor of a Heiney breaks a sacred tradition -- and to add insult to injury, "It's not the best beer out there, either."
Lazenby adds, it's sad filmmakers will always "go where the money is."

Sorry Frank, but if Bond is gonna drink beer I rather they let him have a High Life just as Fleming wrote Bond enjoying one.
Re: Heineken Plans Major Integration With New Bond Flick
House shouldn't drink beer, but if he does, it should be Dos Equis(don't know if anyone will get that reference but ah well )

Was it any good? He had some interesting things to say 10 years ago but 4 years later they rebooted and Bond was bouncer at a bar and everything he said was wrong apparently
Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

He's only on for a few minutes at the start, then we get various people commenting on how Bond being British is all part of his being cool etc.
William Boyd also talks about what made Bond so successful. ( he's writting a new BOND novel set in 1969 )
On the newsnight tv show they then had a debate with Anthony Horowitz and some woman journalist ( who loves DC as Bond and Hates the
"Vintage Bonds " ).

I watched the start of Newsnight and they had a clip of Daniel Craig doing his miserable pout, with a skinhead, wearing a tight shiny grey suit and riding a motorbike through a crowd. Thanks Barbara!Thunderpussy wrote:He's only on for a few minutes at the start, then we get various people commenting on how Bond being British is all part of his being cool etc.
