Designing 007: 50 Years of Bond Style, will display five decades of gadgets, sets and cars featured in James Bond films.
The exhibition is to celebrate the film franchise’s 50th anniversary, promising to showcase five decades of gadgets, sets, costumes and cars, along with the blueprints, drawings and models that went into creating them. “It’s the unseen Bond,” said the show’s curator, fashion historian Bronwyn Cosgrave. “We’re showing the complete scope of design of a Bond film, which has never been done before.”

40 years of gadgets, 40 years of Bond. 50 years of a franchise

There is a ten year period when no Bond films were made -six year gap to Goldeneye, 4 year gap to Skyfall- doubt this was your point but..

The Bond series ran from 1962-2002. B.Broccoli invented a new spy series with Craig in 2006 because "it is fun" so the classic Bond series ran for 40 years and ended in 2002.
