I tend to feel sorry for celebrities in the spotlight when they can not escape the constant harassment, but there is no need for the behaviour mentioned above.
holy crap!
This is what I was saying about how poorly craig does on his own.
the studios never had to worry about Brosnan, Dalton, or Moore acting like this.

If I were a fan and he treated me, or any of mine like this
Really its not like Connery or anybody else never had to deal with this.
sounds like this kid was respectful, i'm sure his (DCs) GF was embarrassed.

That bloke must be quite short. (sorry, couldn't resist)

Welcome to DCINB Daniel Craig. Your doing a fine job turning fans against you.

Seriously speaking. If he did make those comments and wasn't directly harassed, then it was poor and not the sort of publicity he needs.

If, IF it went down as reported, Craig should apologize. If he needs help, ask the Chinese ;) they have hundreds of words for different sorts of apologizes. One of them is sure to match this occasion.

I'd want to hear it from a reputable source. I don't believe anything I read in the tabloids unless it can be verified elsewhere.

Sounds like he had a bad day, still that's pretty cold. Kind of reminds me of Connery not being friendly with the japanese press during YOLT, esspecially when they kept calling him James Bond instead of his proper name. Craig seems like more of the private guy. Get in his bubble and disturb and you won't be getting anything good out of it.

Still, how would you feel everytime people came up to you and kept invading your privacy? I seriously doubt anyone can tolerate it, that's why Hollywood seems to have houses with long drive ways blocked with gates so no one can invade their privacy.

Yeah, we're only hearing it from the papparazo's point of view, where he's naturally going to portray himself as the aggrieved victim. If I was a gambling man, I'd bet money that the provocation was far worse than him taking a cameraphone pic of Craig's bum.

I didn't get the impression it was the paparazzi, just a genuine fan. The fact that he used a cameraphone suggests he wasn't prepared for Craig being there.

The kid approached the situation in the worst way. He could have simply politely asked if Craig would mind having a picture taken of him with him and Craig would have thought "oh what the heck? could you hold this phone sir for us?"

Instead the kid comes up to him and just snaps a photo of his bum (why his bum?) without asking or saying anything and Craig felt violated. It didn't help again when the kid waited outside and Craig caught him. So again, the approach was all wrong and now the kid is trying to play the victim here telling the press that Craig is just a bad person when he doesn't even consider to think of what he did that made Craig get upset.

Are you on a commission basis?

I gave an honest, balanced opinion, which included defending Craig if he was being pestered. You never seem to acknowledge the alternate view, only agreeing with your little buddies that poor old Craig is being hassled.

Shhh. Now isn't the time to tell everyone about your tiny secret. I appreciate it's a small issue and Mrs Nash says it's insignificant, but I thought you specifically told me not to mention your mini package.

See I was refering to this site, and it's small size compared to CBn and Mi6
But as per usual you have to go and make it personal.
So typical of you Buzz.
Is it because I beat you to the 500 posts?
Is that why you're so worked up?
Buzz if you can't stand the heat mate.

CRAIG IS AN A***
007's foul-mouthed rant at fan who took snap of his bottom
27/04/2007

DANIEL Craig left a star-struck admirer shaken and stirred by a four-letter outburst - when he realised his posterior had been papped.

The 39-year-old Casino Royale star launched his astonishing verbal attack at London's posh Harvey Nichols store on Wednesday afternoon.

He even squared up to 24-year-old Craig Evans for having the "cheek" to take a discreet camera-phone snap of his rear as he was about to leave the Knightsbridge department store.

An irate Daniel had to be placated by his producer girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell, who told him to "behave and calm down" before ushering him into a waiting silver Mercedes.

"I was frightened out of my mind," says Craig, from Durham. "I told him I was only taking a picture, that I thought he was a great actor and that I'm a huge James Bond fan.

"After he swore at me I was so shocked and disheartened. I said he had no manners using that sort of language. But Daniel said, 'The only reason I'm f***ing swearing is because I'm f***ed off with you!'"

Craig was on a daytrip to London with his girlfriend and was browsing in Harvey Nicks when he clapped eyes on the Bond star. Wanting a memento of his hero, he took a subtle snap on his camera-phone as Daniel left the store.

"I thought I was going to miss him so I stood by the door - well away from him - and took a picture to show my mates at home," he explains.

"But he stormed over and said: "What the f*** are you doing that for? You've got a f***ing nerve. Can you delete that? Get the f*** out of my face!'

"He squared up to me and he's a lot bigger than me. I was really intimidated. It ruined my day. It was only a picture of his back. I'll never watch a James Bond film with him in again. He was totally out of order."

It's not the first time the actor has blown his top. He allegedly told reporter Johann Hari to "F***" off at the Baftas in February, when asked if he was wearing 007's famous swimming trunks under his tux.

This latest temper tantrum means that dour Daniel knocks Hugh Grant off the top of our Grouch Club list - even though the Love Actually star allegedly threw baked beans over a snapper earlier this week.

Boys, boys, a little decorum please...

This is typical of a 'rag'
My question would be, what would you do if a stranger took a photo of your backside with a camera phone?
If the idiot had asked Daniel Craig if he would mind him taking a photo, and that he was a fan, the circumstances may have been alot different.
They might be famous, but they're also allowed privacy, he's well within his rights to tell the guy to shove it.
Of course the paper would never embelish on the story aswell, oh no that would never happen.
