Former Doctor Who star David Tennant is tackling another British cultural icon as he lends his voice to a new version of James Bond adventure On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
Tennant is one of a dozen actors reading Ian Fleming’s Bond novels for 007 Reloaded, a series of audio books set for relase in September.
Also involved are Homeland's Damian Lewis, Downton Abbey's Hugh Bonneville and Toby Stephens, who played the part of Bond villain Gustav Graves in 007 movie Die Another Day.
Kenneth Branagh, Jason Isaacs, Bill Nighy, Dan Stevens, Rory Kinnear, Hugh Quarshie and Martin Jarvis will also each record a new unabridged recording of one of Fleming’s tales, with Rosamund Pike the only female to voice one of the spy adventures.
Of course, each actor is narrating the story as a whole, rather than taking on the part of 007 per se - but it does lead us to wonder which of them would make the best Bond. Enter the RadioTimes.com poll - cast your votes below and let's find out who would be the spy who you loved...
