No, I want to, though. Hasn't it just been reissued?

I wonder if this book can be turned into a movie.

I don't see the point. From what I understand, it is mostly taken from the Fleming novels anyway, but with Pearson using his own imagination to fill in any gaps in Bond's life story.FormerBondFan wrote:I wonder if this book can be turned into a movie.

I know I'm a gushing fan but I liked it.
It fills in a lot of background details, James has a brother; how he got the scar on his cheek (from the books only), how he met Fleming and how he got into the "business". It also mentions missions not described elsewhere.
It also brings back Honeychile, and tells you about his son - (Kissy Suzuki was pregnant at the end of You Only Live Twice, just before Bond heads for the U.S.S.R.).
If you're a fan of the Fleming books, you should enjoy it.

Welcome James Suzuki
Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.
